If you can find a reason to go on thank god,if you know where the grave yard is thank your grand dad,if your grand mother wants a loaf of bread thank your mother and if your.......v.....C........blame your U....
i seriously feel like i just got a shout out from Troy. We were walking past these live bands. Every time we passed this One band, if they were speaking instead of singing, it sounded like they were saying: Welcome Montgomery Gentry!😮😮
My dad sold the family farm the day after my grandpa passed away... I started my own farm on the outskirts of town, now town is moving in around me but I refuse to get rid of the livestock !! I’m stronger than my dad was !!!
keep fighting the good fight I’m two generations from the farm but went from conneticut to iowa to slowly work in changing that I’m now in a town of 200 people working on getting land 🙏🏻
Every man has to decide his own fate. Don’t judge your dad to harsh, he probably made the best for him and his family. I have doubled the size of the family farm and will never sell and acre of God blesses me as he has thus far.
Paying my respects to Troy. I'll be honest, I generally dislike country music but something about these guys, just love their music. When you can get someone like me to like your music, that's pure talent. Rest in peace, Troy.
mark starr I have lived peacefully in a hollow for 35 years, now city folk have found us and brought up the land and built all around me, went on vacation for 2 weeks, and all my neighbors called the cops and said we were missing, PLEASE leave me alone, stop looking at my place if I’m gone then hell I gone, don’t call the cops STAY IN YOUR OWN LANE, cause I don’t give two shits what you are doing, Yes I am a loner and wild, let me be me, we’ll both be happier that way. Norma the mountain woman
Had to show this to my grandmother. There's now 5 generations of our family on this farm here in N.Y. and I won't be the one to end that streak. City slickers moving in. I'll buy everything I can around me and make it bigger.
Just found out so sorry. Have loved his acting in the videos and of course his contribution to the music world . Been singing your songs for a long time and will keep coming back. You cant pull roots when they run that deep.
Girl! I thought I was the only one who loved this band, and I agree with the sad lost,I didn't know he had gone with the father in heaven until now dam lol I'm way late because this song was way back then in country music, like I think in the 90's right!
How Farms Work I love this song a lot to hey can you do me a favor give me a shout out we are a growing farm we need support we are going through a little money crisis and we need support so can you give me a shout out plz I would really appreciate that a lot I love your channels content and I watch your videos daily wether they are new or not thx in advance my Instagram is hog_farmer22
To me this about Family roots and the respect for our forefathers who worked hard and long to support their wives and children and their future generations to come ❤💯👍🙏!
One of my favorites - remind me of when my daddy was on the farm. He died in '81'. Sadly, Troy Gentry died in a plane crash over the weekend. RIP Troy.
My wife and I will always treasure the times we were able to meet with Eddie and Troy at the CMA Fest in Nashville. We love your music and videos. God bless.
In Tennessee there are farms next to drive thru food and grocery stores. There is a slaughterhouse and farm right next to Kroger. And the smart ones never let the banks buy the property back, farming is more important than shopping. Support your local farmers, when they die off so will we
Got to see this filmed performance live in Shakopee, MN at Fan Jam years ago and was fantastic. R.I.P. T-ROY, thank you for your contribution to country music, you'll be missed!
I love this video and I love MontgomeryGentry and my heart goes out to all of them because of Troy's tragic death I am so sorry and I pray for peace and comfort that only God can give God blessings to you all.
My Pa wasn't a huge music fan like my mom & me but he only liked the old country... the only artist that I love from what came out while I was growing up that he liked was MG.
Rip troy,,,was a great time for my generation when this came out blessed to have gotten so many memoirs over years with every album whether it be fighting , drinking, or fighting,,,Cheers wth luv
It's hard to believe that this raucous classic turns 25 years old this year. It's also hard to believe that these guys were considered a headlining act, before all five singles from Tattoos and Scars hit the radio!
