Mooer Micro DI with pedals (No Talk) 

I always keep it in my gigbag just in case if my amp stops working. So its just a back up!

can you tell me how doe it work? I am planing to buy one of these

Di box only converts the signal from your 1/4 jack signal to xlr (xlr or balanced output is good for long cables to avoid noise). If you go on out for a gig, some sound system setups have looong stage box snake that does protect the signal from interferences (it has many xlr ports). You could only use the mooer radar for that. Because mooer radar have lots of options to choose for you to find the best sound that you like (Di just converts the signal output and just 1 cab sim preset)

I use this at the end of my chain. I dont have pre amp pedal.

i have no idea. Im just using as backup incase my amp broke down. I connect straigt into the desk.

Thanks. It saves the day when amp brakes up on gig. But no reason to use it if you have an amp.

You can use both output, balance out going to the mixer or interface. Unbalance going to your Monitor guitar amp. It's very useful if you dont have guitar amp, you can connect direct to the mixer.

I have a same question too,if i used both output for live perform Balanced output to mixer and unbalanced output to amp Unbalanced output affected by the cabsim if cabsim on or not? If cabsim on,i mean i have double filtering by the amp?

@@taxo my drives - tremolo and envilop filter is analog. Delay and reverb is digital. And i use mooer di at the end of the chain if im going direct.

I have no experience with amp simulators. This has only cabinet simulator. Im using for pluging my pedalboard directly to the PA.

@@taxo never tried thoes. Dont expect to much from cab sims. This one is enough good. If the system is good and adjust eq you can get decent sound.

@@anilyazar_ yeah, I've seen quite a few vids and in every one the sound gets muffled when the cabsim is engaged.. I need a device to enter the mixer for band rehearsal, but without spending a ton. I thought about this Micro DI + an OD or s preamp pedal.. You think is a fine idea?

You cant hear any hum playing live. But there is hum if you plugged into interface

If you have any noise from ground it cancels i guess. Never had noise issue so far.

It also gives you super human powers to lift anything on the ground only using your mind energy powers.
