I'm so in love with Li Ming and Heart's plot line, and these characters are so pure and innocent, every their moment is so touching.
I guess now you know that Heart has been a prisoner of his own house for 3 yrs, not going out even for school or visiting family members. He learned sign language on his own but having no one to use it with before LiMing came around. Also everyone was asking why he was not talking, but he probably had no help to cope with his lost and learn how to still speak as a deaf person, and now after 3 yrs of not being used his vocal cords might need therapy. How cruel from his parents, how can they be ashamed of him....
I do know now. 3 years of NO ONE to talk to. No one. Along comes Li Ming who learns sign language and gives Heart hope. I do wish the father was more involved so we could see his thoughts, feelings, emotions, not just the mums. Poor Heart.
@@JustalowlyChannel About the parents, that s true, I don t know why they focus on putting the blame "only" on the mom, to be honest I have no hope about the dad thoughts, he also had 3 years to learn to communicate with his son, had no problem going out and leaving him alone and isolated... Mom and Dad are exactly the same. At one point in the video you said how heartbreaking it would be for Liming to leave Heart behind if he goes abroad and it s true but imagine how devastating it will be for Heart, hopefully by that time he will have lots of activities, friends and a better relationship with his parents.
I agree that it focus much more on the mum and not enough on BOTH of them. Both haven't been there for their son. Maybe because they feel people are more likely to be more forgiving to a mother rather than a father? I think Li Ming and Heart are giving one another a sense of freedom and understanding no one else in their lives has.
I mean they arent really "ashamed " is more like they were in some type of denial , its not ok but i can understand how they got to that point without a proper therapy , its must be pretty traumatic for the whole family
@Hybrid Boy they could have had a therapy, not like they can t afford it, they chose not to... Heart bedroom walls are full of sign language posters, not like they couldn t catch it (but nope they left him learn on his own). They also used to leave him home when they went to family members to celebrate holidays, did not introduce him to their friends. Sorry but be in shock for couple of months ok but 3 years, plus being a disease it had to come more or less gradually not from a second to the others. They didn't even bring Heart to speech therapy or any activity for deaf people.... clearly they just locked him down, rapunzel style. This plus Heart feeling they are ashamed of him being deaf (he knows better than anyone) plus what they didn't do for him... yep they were definitely ashamed that their perfect son "wasn t" anymore. If they were in denial of something is how badly they were denying him his needs.

Health is better. Still get a sore throat when drinking water, and water doesn't taste good to me yet. My mother is better too, but not fully healed yet. Thanks for asking.

Heart's parents couldnt deal with their kid issue im not saying is ok but must been really hard for them , like to the point the 3 of them should have gotten therapy tbh
