The customer support by Scout has been fantastic, I like their approach where they are willing to identify and improve their products.
Overall, The product is good and does what they claim it can do.

- The Mecanum wheels are cool. Just a little noisy on hardwood floors.
- The firmware may need upgrades to improve its accuracy and intelligence.
