It actually makes me so frustrated that she’s obviously so guilty and 100% involved, and our DA is just “sick of it” and doesn’t want to spend the time or money to get complete justice for those 4 innocent lives! 😢 Truly it makes me sick, and makes me wonder just how many other “innocent” people have been let go from their part of crimes because of funding and personal opinions of the DA!!!

DA Rourke convinced the family NK was not involved. However he, nor Shanann's family ripped through all the discovery. At the very least NK should have been charged with lying to police and tampering with evidence. A Felony Charge would have put her in prison for a long time.

I just watched Chris’s prison interview & he says he “did not sleep at his own house for the whole month of July” how is that Nichol trying to encourage him to work in his marriage??? I can not figure out why the police can not see she lied the whole way through that interview & knowing that now why haven’t they thought to look further into her involvement! Surely if RU-vid opinions are anything to go by across all the channels I watch about this case a good 90% of the comments are people believing she is involved there has to be at least a couple of Colorado police who believe that too & are secretly looking at all of this!!! Unfortunately they lost their chance to interview her, when she didn't think they viewed her as a suspect. If they try to talk to her now, she'll know she is a suspect and get a lawyer...they got Chris and didn't finish their investigation; she should 100% have been viewed as a possible suspect, due to all her lies and suspicious behaviors

There’s no way an adult woman would have her father be allowed in the room during an interview. And with that guy who literally knows Nicole personally, and was stabbed by her, there’s some real shady stuff going on with NK‘s family and her.

Yeah , if you can get your daughter off charges like that, and the QUAD homicide.. it makes you think that her fathers gotta be a mason. Just my opinion, because they’re able to go above and beyond law, in certain old world type … ceremonies so do speak that are creepy, and very old, weird things to provide economical relief and offerings of things or people, political rises in power , etc. all these things are creepy and can be carried out at a local level. That's the whole reason why LE don't like others who are not a witness to be in the room while a witness is being interviewed. Not even another witness is allowed in the same room at the same time because their recollection will be influenced by the other person if that other person puts their personal views and opinions ( 2 cents) where it doesn't belong. Which happened here from daddy nk. Witness tampering. Also a witness not supposed to talk about the case with one. Not even a family member. She obviously was discussing the case with her dad. That was a big no, no. The defense team would have ask if she discussed the case with others. The defense also could have brought up the father being in the interview room at the time a witness was being questioned. And a course the defense would have taken her lies apart and discredited her testimony. Nk would not have been a credible witness. That's why everyone has a hard time believing anything that she stated throughout her interview.

I just literally came across this video of hers yesterday! She did an amazing job! I am so glad she spoke on many of the inconsistencies of NKs story. That woman should be behind bars. I think NK only ended up giving LE her phone because the Agent was stressing how he was going to inquire with/about Jim. As we all know in this interview, NK got REALLYYYYYYYY mad when he threatened to call Jim and ask him for her alibi or when she got home the day of the murders. She was REAL quick to give her phone up after that so I think there is WAY more to “Jim” as well. Just my thoughts…. Anyone else agree?

I don't think the Rzucek's opinion on whether or not NK is guilty is relevant. They could be of the opinion that CW had nothing to do with it, and that would be just as irrelevant. Only the facts and evidence matter. If NK is guilty, the general public and any potential future victims deserve protection from her.

The call was made before cw went to NC ( to be w his family) like the last week cw went and he took the oxy w him to NC. I think it's in NK call log and she call cw then the clinic then called cw back. Good luck ❤
