More families join lawsuit accusing DCF of bypassing biological family members for custody 

Well done We The People. We the People must fight together to stop these evil demons from destroying families all for the sake of Federal Funding. The DCF/CPS workers who conspired to do these evil acts, should be tried and when found guilty be punished like anyone else who commits a crime. Again, well done Leigh and Associates. I need to join this lawsuit! I had so many family members that were willing and ready and waiting to take my children I was going through a very difficult time and admitted I needed help and instead of helping me they took my children bypass all of my family and ultimately I lost custody of all three of my children and they were placed with people who ended up abusing them and they are still there today! The real pain is why do certain, “social workers” feel the need to separate black and brown kids. Why is the system so old and out of touch across the nation. Why are some kids trafficked/abused in foster care?. And why is it ok, for adoption companies to split up siblings?. That’s should be looked into too.

The CPS/DCF agencies lacked jurisdiction in what they are doing in the first place. What's crazy about these proceedings against families are some of the following: Title IV-E and B of the Social Security Act - Codified under 42 U.S.C. is "NONE- POSITIVE", and requires voluntary consent by We the People for the Private agency doing business under the administrative arm of the State, to have authority to do what they do. They are not allowed to just take people's offspring willy nilly like that. Thus sayeth Bentzedek ( Son of Justice). ( Son of the Law).

What state is this happing in? Why isn't Arizona on board?! I would like to participate. AzDES destroyed my life. Took my kids adopted to complete strangers when family wanted them!!

Fabricating evidence and manipulating facts that is the most important piece for me here. We are white traditional family that children was taken by DCF while fabricating evidence and manipulating facts. I was under impression that our situation is kind of unique, but it looks like fabricating evidence and manipulating facts something that used more widely than in our case. I bring here the race because some commneters falsely claimed that only black and brown families are victims, that is not the situation. DCF fabricating evidence and manipulating facts are pretty inclusive, and harm parents and children.

These situations r horrible and though i have never had to suffer from their uneducated tyrancy i will stand by anyone that needs others to help fight with them! The more voices we have the easier it is to make their wrong, right!!!!!!!! The internet can do amazing things! Theur are channels that will turn things over in a day for people with thousands writing in!!! Lets do this together!!!

Making a long story short.....I am a foster parent (I thought I was because a child was in my care for 11 months) pending adoption. ........ The ChildNet worker stated that she was biased because the grandmother knew the child was in state custody and she did not reach out to them. Later she stated that she thought the grandmother had Alzheimer's. The state agency did not do right by all parties. I am very upset with these agencies (Child Net and DCF). Please suit the pants out of those agencies they ar there for the families and the children.

This is exactly what happened to me except they made it seem as if I was neglecting and harming my children when they knew my children only knew me he’s sorry ask people with the state I have been trying to look for help nobody wants to go against the state but now the news gets a hold of it and everybody wants to join I guarantee you all these attorneys are going to start coming forward wanting to take that case because there’s money there I have been begging for help including talking to my PD during my case and she ignored every Sign Of them neglecting to give my close relatives custody they literally took their time on purpose they all work for each other I’m so sick of Florida I hate the way everything goes by who you know and if you have money that is a Sorry way of living and they’re all going to hell especially the ones that I dealt with!!!!!!
