She lives in Austria, it's one of the most beautiful places in Europe in my opinion (I'm Spanish). In my country it's super easy to buy cheap and amazing fresh and natural food but from what I've heard, that's not as easy in some places of the USA, is that why you say it helps to live in a place like that? I can definitely understand, and I wish the access to affordable and healthy food is an option to everyone
realistic healthy lifestyle for my fellow broke mfs out there: just walk ig, eat as well as u can within budget, drink ur water, make time for urself and ur mental health, talk to the people u love, and try to enjoy being urself and stop comparing urself to people on the internet
Translation for my young and broke fellas: make ur bed, drink ur water, eat healthy but your groceries don’t need to be straight out of a farmers market. Do what’s best with in ur budgets, if you can’t go to the gym WALK ( helped me lose 15 pounds) keep in mind u don’t need abs to be healthy, let loose once in a while and reward urself for example after a week of eating healthy reward urself with cooking ur favorite dinner or ordering food. Living healthy isn’t an aesthetic but it’s a lifestyle so it’s not gonna always be pink and perfect :)
@@emiliocedeno369 yeah sure, and I'm not athiest or an agnostic. Also, you went way off there considering "pink" was used simply by OP. I read your comment multiple times because I almost didn't believe I could run into more vast stupidity.
Guys remember she said OVER THE YEARS. This didn’t happen overnight so if you try starting these habits don’t be discouraged if you forget or can’t keep up. It takes time and effort but you will get it. You got this!
I wish I had this much free time, I study medicine and also work at a clinic. I’m constantly exhausted and sleepy. If I wasn’t living in a poor country I would have chosen an easier career but I didn’t get lucky. Even healthy food is expensive. It’s a privilege to take good care of yourself.
If you are currently fat and trying to get "healthy" there is no privilege involved literally just do it. If you are malnourished and trying to get "healty" yes there is privlage to having a consistent source of food and nutrients however I feel most people here are not talking about the second scenario.
Girl, this is a lifestyle I can't afford either. I have 5 kids i think i have like 30 minutes for my self each day without hearing mooooom 🤣 so this lifestyle she's living is for people who has the time or choose to have time doing the things she does. But start doing small things it takes 28 days to make a habit and 90 days to make it a routine 🤗
It's not about doing everything exactly as she does. Do things that work for you and your life. There are plenty of free workouts on RU-vid, ask your parents to buy more fruit instead of candy (if possible of course, I know fresh produce tends to be more expensive than processed things in the USA), spend time offline (Journaling for example is great for your mental health, drawing, read a book,...) take the stairs instead of the elevator,... There a plenty of small changes you can make and it's also okay if things aren't perfect or achievable yet. Just do what works for you atm
I love how she added a “balanced life style”! That’s something people tend to forget is that you can still be a very healthy person, but still allow yourself to have sugary treats (Or alcohol, etc.) once in a while! ❤😊
I grew up very poor. So poor that what i mostly ate was straight from the garden. Going to the grocery store was a luxury, getting generic cheetos was a treat. To this day, processed foods just make me feel sick. Its not expensive to get veggies, but i am from the south, where eveybody gives you their extra veggies from their gardens, and neighbors that hunt give me deer meat when they have more than they'll eat. I get my freezer stocked. And we help them out with favors. Its a good system.
That's true, but also I calculate how much money goes to cigarettes and alcohol a month to one of my friend and without that waste he could eat a lot better in my country.
Then stick to local products or find shops where you can get high quality food for small price. I have few shops like that around me, where farmers are selling their products, so I know it's fresh. So I don't eat organic food, but it's still good for me and cheap!
@@rissadesu3134 Sometimes there is no cheap shops with farmers or high quality local products. Going to different city to buy some local stuff is not always the option. Also in my country there is some serious bullshit. For example some veg from my country are more expensive than food from abroad, which is really often tasteless or lower quality XD There was even some "drama" around the same products (made by the same brands) for our country or for our more rich neighbours. Products were "the same", but in ours products were some cheaper and lower quality ingredients. Eating healthy, nutricious meals, which are not expensive is sometimes almost impossible. Sorry for chaotic message XD English is not my first language.
It also help were you live because if you live in a place that beautiful and is full of things to do you will feel more motivated as though if you don't live in a place like that you will most likely not have much energy
@@gooeystrawberries I know enough to know that you need good mental health to be doing all of that. Someone with a chronic mental health condition would struggle more
I think the key healthy habit is stress reduction-often hard to achieve for one reason or another. A high stress lifestyle is counterproductive to any other good habits you develop. It’s absolutely beneficial to still work out, eat well, and do your best, but if life weighs you down, it’s an uphill battle.
It's actually not so good to make the bed right after getting up. It's better to let it air out for a bit. Luckily I have a loft bed, so I actually never make my bed since it makes no difference 😂
Especially when we start getting a bit sluggish right after breakfast😂. So we can just escape ourselves into the bed again all comfy without any effort.😎
i love this. but remember, "healthy girl" is very individualized. for everybody watching, "healthy girl" is a label you give yourself for living your healthy lifestyle, which might not exactly resemble hers, or it might exactly. in this case, these are habits that are great for everyone! move, drink water, and eat healthy foods, balanced w whatever else u might want to eat. love you, kisses
@ordinary name exactly, way too many people are in this comment section making up all these excuses to not give up their snacks. A lot of people are addicted to food and aren’t motivated enough to adopt a healthier lifestyle. The formula is so easy too. Eat healthy food, get some good movements daily, get enough sleep and drink enough water.
@ordinary name... for some ppl, cutting out dairy is the healthy choice. for some ppl, it isn't. for some ppl, limiting meat is the healthy choice. for some ppl, it isn't. it all comes down to your goals for yourself, and how your overall health is. some people, their doctors literally recommend that they eat ice cream. however, ik that that isn't what's healthy for me. ppl bulking need to eat like how many ppl try not to eat. again, it all depends. just a few examples. it is very individualized.
@@LoveK1 i'm not talking abt those ppl. read what i responded to @ordinary name. there r some things that apply to some ppl different than they do for others. it's hard to understand if u didn't lose or gain weight urself. but i hope i explained it well to @ordinary name.
A balanced lifestyle is so important! A lot of people cut out certain food groups, but research showed that it only makes them want it more. Allow yourself to enjoy life and delicious food 🧡
@@minsugacat8999 idk what you like or dislike, but here in syria 90% of people live below the poverty line provided by the UN and 80% dont have sustainable food and water, so meat is almost impossible to eat here, people wish they can eat normal oil, meats, but those things are too expensive
@@minsugacat8999 meat is the most nutritious food you can eat, that's why it's been sought after for all of human history. I'd encourage you to re evaluate
@@minsugacat8999 for hundreds of thousands of years humans have loved animals and for that same amount of time we have hunted and eaten them. It is natural to feel compassion for other living beings. It is unnatural to prioritize their supposed well-being over your own. Animals will die anyways, you're not saving them by not eating meat you're just making yourself less healthy
@@sisterslothingtonI make my bed but I don’t pull the sheets up, I fold them half way for the bed to air out plus when I’m getting back i can just hop in and pull the sheets back up again
No it doesn’t… y’all find any way to not do something, as time goes just From you walking to doing bigger things you don’t have to eat organic off rip it’s one step at a time this mindset be y y’all stay depressed
I see some comments saying this is for rich people only. Apart from eating unprocessed food and trying new recipes, the remaining tips are things that almost everyone can do: - Exercise or move your body everyday. I mean, are you really too busy that you can't even afford 10-30 minutes of exercising per day? - Make your bed every morning. If you don't have your own bed like me, you can just organize your pillows and clean your room every so often. - Stay hydrated, sounds legits. - Keep a balanced lifestyle. This can have many meanings. For me it means keeping a balance between work/responsibilities and taking care of myself. And there you have it, easy tips for a healthy lifestyle that almost everyone can do. At this point y'all are just attacking her through comments and making excuses lol.
I’m not making excuses try it from my perspective. I don’t have a fucking bed, I sleep on the floor. I don’t have time to exercise because I’m always deprived (I have insomnia). And taking care of myself is crying at night. I’m 12
@user-mg5nu8vr1n fuck other ppl and their opinions, your a child. Food isn't something you really get a choice in buying, neither is a gym membership. Most important, don't compare yourself to others bc none of our circumstances or experiences are the same. My late fiance had insomnia and sleep paralysis it fuckin sucks. Forget others and think about what you could do for yourself. Will a walk help? Or yoga, pilates? Without proper sleep it's difficult to have mental health. Maybe melatonin, ashwaganda, lavender or chamomile will help? I used to enjoy my sisters belly dancing and pilates vhs 😂 we as humans go thru "seasons" you may not feel good now but feel better next month or next year. Sometimes things take time and repetition to help or notice benefits. Don't give up on caring for yourself, you are amazing! Your body and mind are doing incredible processes 24/7! It's okay to have a day you rest and rejuvenate.
it is for rich people. all her free time goes to working out. everyone else is at a job for 8-10 hours and then you have chores and life no time to work out and run around outside
I can live this kind of life style when i find someone pay my bills and share my responsibility or have a good payed job with less hours then i would have a time to my self ... you are relaxing eating, sporting ... so full time job taking care of your self plus the place ... so lucky
@@jacksparrow3235 Actually some people work in factories to make it and feed their families working 12 to 16 hours a day sometimes night shift and 6 to 7 days a week. I heartily agree with you that a LOT of people make excuses but some people really don’t have the time.
@@jacksparrow3235 my dude, a full time job is no longer 8 hours a day. It's 10-16 hours. Then you need to sleep 5-9 hours. Even if you sleep 5 hours and work a 12, that's 17 hours and leaves you less than 8 to get all your shit done like taking care of kids or pets, shopping, and researching/making those healthy meals. And that's IF you work from home or close to home. God forbid you have to drive an hour or more one way. Take those 12 hours at work, 5 hours of sleep, plus 2 hour daily commute, and that's 19 of your 24 hours. TO AN EXTENT there are "just excuses," but some of y'all really need to understand excuses vs explanations. There's a huge difference.
@@zeldadaniellefr I'm seeing plenty of people that do not work full time or aren't students that work jobs calling these "excuses". Some ppl really don't understand the privilege they get its sad.
@@_my.music.videos._6310 I've worked factory/warehouse jobs since I was 18. When I worked at a local gym 4hrs a day 4 days a week at 16, I could've had a lifestyle like this (parents permitting). But since I've been on my own, 8 hour work days are not a thing. Maybe that's just my line of work though.
@@jacksparrow3235 remember people doesn't really work just in thekr work-time assigned of their company (if they're in a company). If people want to get that job, in a lot of cases they'll have to work more than those hours.
Before I go on walks I feel all lazy and unactive but after I do I feel add my access tiredness burn out and I feel more energetic! I wanna go out some more but I have like no friends so I usually go with my dogs :D
I've always been grateful my parents had me make my bed every morning. I think it is a very healthy habit that fills that sense of accomplishment early in the day.
In Italy, Italian mums tell you for sure that you don't have to to do your bed right after you wake up.. We move the sheets at the end of the bed, let it "take some air" and then we do our bed 😂
@@growingannanas oh YES! That sounds amazing I love your workouts but a Separate channel of yours just for recipes would be great! I have loved your recipes that you have been showing so far though my favorite was probably the pancakes 🥞 they were delicious 😋
It is actually truth. Since I get my healthy life stile, everything changed and when I want eat foods that are considered not "healthy", I dont feel guilty or compulsive for foods. I love your videos so much, thanks for inspiring me. I'm from Brazil!!
um, you REALLY shouldn't do your bed right after you wake up, theres a lot of mites and dust on your bed, and keeping it undone for an hour or two makes it ventilate (sorry, english its not my first language)
I'd honestly go for an early morning walk every single day but the area I live in is the problem, it's near the main road which causes too much traffic. I like peaceful areas when walking not honking.
Look at the place she does these things. I’d have more motivation too if I could have the day off, live next to a beach, go to parties, dress nicely, could afford all the organic food and just- generally live like her
Yes. She can go to these places because she made a habit of going out to walk. You will never experience anything if you don't do anything. She didn't have habits handed over to her. Habits take time!
Your lifestyle doesn’t have to be perfectly aesthetic to be healthy. A dinner of rice, beans, and frozen veg might be less aesthetic than avocado toast on bakery sourdough, but it will still nourish your body and cost extremely little. A walk through a suburban neighborhood or down to the local park isn’t as beautiful as one by the beach or in a European town, but it still moves your body. Or just yoga in the house if conditions prevent going outside. Motivation gets the ball rolling, but discipline and sheer force of habit keep it moving.
Nutella tastes different when you eat it straight from the jar and in one go 😩💖 btw i just had helwa (its a south asian im guessing dessert ) made out of milk ,wheat flour ,sugar and lots of ghee (clarified butter) and i had Kinder Bueno as well it was lots of sugar for me so i had hot and spicy ramen as well 💀 and this all After dinner LoL #noregrets The bloated belly means you are priviledged enough to have all your fav foods 💖😀btw its been 2 weeks since ive been eating unhealthy . İll try my best to get back in track from monday
I love fitness influencers who show how to stay healthy as well as stay mentally healthy. Anna is one of them, I love her channel and 100% support her! Keep doing what you’re doing besti! ❤❤
I want to thank you for motivating all of us. I gained weight throughout the years from stress eating. I used to feel discouraged working out because I didn't see any change. But with your videos, I am already seeing my arms and legs tone. On top of that, I look forward to exercising. It just feels amazing seeing that each day I'm getting stronger. Thank you so much for helping so many people like myself, live a healthy lifestyle of fitness and balance.
Your living the best life! Your so pretty and your one of the few people in the world that is right on track, your going to be so successful in your life.
Hey girl! Thanks for all of these tips, as starting to get back into a healthy lifestyle after an injury can be hard! But you’re here all the way, and I’m so thankful!
I seriously wish my body was as fit as yours. When i start exercising or a diet, i give up that easily because i think nothing is happening over the few days gone by. ❤❤❤
I like the first one especially because it doesn’t say to specifically do one hour of so and so, it’s just like “move in any capacity” which is a lot less guilt inducing
You are like a living barbie,I wish I was like you,my face looks bad with breakouts, but look at yours 😊,you keep my life motivated and keeping me to exercise but not just exercising, like doing things that I love to do in activities.thank you so much Mrs.❤
True about balance! I have vegan cupcakes 1/2 a month. Along with the plant based nice cream. Organic is expensive. But it's still cheaper then a lifetime of meds and hospitalizations.
The negativity & jealousy in the comments is unfortunate. It doesn’t matter where you live or how much you make, if you want to get in shape & live a healthier life, you can. I never realized how much drinking water instead of soda helps. I drank soda for so long & switching to water helped my skin & helped my body immeasurably.
Im trying, i appreciate all your advises, I have 10 to 12 hours shift at work... I love your videos sometimes looks like a kind of dream, im glas you have all time fof yourself
Really good advice! I remember a book, “Make Your Bed” by Admiral William H. McRaven with same point - you start your day off having accomplished something already! These are excellent reminders!
Que afortunada por tener l oportunidad de hacer actividades que le satisfagan, en cambio uno, diario de prisa y trabajando en una oficina más de 8 horas y después en casa con los hijos . Saludos
this summer changed me cuz i try to be better of myself or smth and im more productive than i was in school, tbh i never thought school destroyed kids this much until i tried it myself,i was mentally unstable when i was in school but after summer started i feel much better taking care of myself
Love the fact that she put in this video even unhealthy foods, showing that you don't have to eat all healthy foods to be cute and healthy and aesthetic. Love this girly and I'm subscribing rn :) 🎀🌷🧸
Although it is true that she is more than likely privileged, her tips are actually pretty applicable to the everyday person. She says that she moves her body as simply as even just taking a walk sometimes. We don’t need to go to the gym everyday; we can all just walk for a few minutes several times a day! We can all make our beds and carry a water bottle and whatnot. Although we may not be able to match her exactly, we can still modify her tips to accommodate us. If the tips don’t apply to you, that’s fine but please do not hate! She is a fitness influencer; of course, her videos are like this. If you folks don’t like it, simply move on! It’s funny how everyone claims that they support others until they see others living the life they want.
Rich is unrelated. You dont need to be rich to make sure you are drinking water, stretching/exercising, eating healthy and being happy. POV: You have this lifestyle but is a normal, middle class human.
