Assuming you've not seen the show before, though it's really great if you go in conpletely blind! Gon's in critical condition. Killua has went to heal Gon. Illumi, long haired guy, is Killua's brother. Killua is going to heal Gon by making a wish to his sister Alluka, but his sister grants wishes with strict rules. Illumi fills Hisoka in on the rules, saying there's times when only 2 people die as payment for Alluka's wish granting. At a minimum, 2 people have to die for a wish to be granted, including the person you love the most. Hisoka (jestery guy) before this is a little shaken, saying Gon will die for sure anyway because he's Killua's most loved person. Illumi's a bit took back, and goes 'huh?' all shocked, and Hisoka is surprised by Illumi's reaction, going 'huh?' back. See, Illumi thought he'd be Killua's most loved person (the possessive emotionally manipulative weirdo he is). What Hisoka says shortly after this is an amazing line, and it's a bit of a callout for Illumi. Hilarious given it's, well, coming from Hisoka and they're kind of allies 🤣 (If you've seen the show you know I'm being vague and missing key stuff but if you haven't seen it I don't want to spoil much)
