More innovation wanted to further transform Singapore's Jurong Island into green industrial park 

When the PAP wants a say in every aspect, how would any innovation possibly go through the numerous and almost insurmountable government regulations. Only a free economic zone without government intervention would work. Even old guards from the PAP knew from the start bureaucrats cannot run any business viably.
