Remake MG1 and 2 that would be the most interesting route to take the remake series

Peace Walker would be a prime choice for a remake, especially If they're really gonna stick with the chronological approach. Being able to finally see the tropical climates and comic cutscenes fully rendered would already be a big selling point, and so many people passed up/missed out on it at the time just because it wasn't on a main console despite how fun it was. MGS2 is my dream pick, though I feel like it's gonna take some time to get to it.

Peace Walker remake would be great option too

MGS3 is my favorite game in the saga and I hope then they make a remake of Portable Ops or Peace Walker so they complete the Big Boss saga and then focus on the Solid Snake saga with the first of msx

The end of your video confused me, you say Big Boss is no longer called Naked Snake but the translator clearly says "codenamed Naked Snake" . Am I missing something?

I wouldn’t mind if MPO and MPW were DLC to MGS Delta Snake Eater as a continuation for it. Players can drive in mother base in MPW remake. Just using the manga-style cutscenes and turn them into real-time cinematic. MPO can become canon and use the feature to play as all the other characters like Null, Zero, Paramedic, Sigint, Sokolov, EVA, Raikov, etc. and max2 remakes can be in one game combined and add more depth in story like mention events from MGS3, MPO, and MPW. And the soldiers from MGS5 can be the enemy guards in MG1 and MG2 remake to show connections and how it would feel to lose all men that Venom Snake had brought in and he feels a phantom pain and Solid Snake foils the real big boss’ efforts twice. MGS4 needs a remake because it needs more single player experience and have it be like MGS5 but still keep all the many cutscenes from MGS4 and add all the cut content in it. Add more face camos and classic costumes from MGS3, MPO, MPW, MGS5, MG1, MG2, MGS1, and MGS2. But if they remake MGS1 a second time, it could be best to maybe include MG1 and MG2 remakes and have it be a Solid Snake trilogy. They should also do Metal Gear Solid Rising 2 and have it be a sequel and prequel at the same time showing how Raiden rescued Sunny from the patriots and how he became a cyborg ninja. And have his child soldiers stories shown as flashbacks. Basically have the story similar to The Godfather Part 2 film. And have dark themes like MGS5.

I honestly would love all of them to be remade. I wasn't around for when MGS1 came out so, I'd love to experience them. I've heard nothing but good things from the MGS series in general with MGS3 being regarded as the best.

MGS3 is imo the greatest video game of all time, and if Delta holds even a fraction of the same magic I'll be damn close to GOTY

I have an hot take... Everyone is right about remake mg1 and 2, BUT they should not remake mgs1, mgs1 is perfect as it is, the fame only need a remaster, update the graphic and thats it, not change the gameplay

What would be pretty cool is if they made a redux version of MGSV at some point - basically keep most of the core game intact, but tweak the mission structure, streamline where necessary and fill the world with things to do/see organically, plus include a fully functional Battle Gear that you can pilot. They could actually tie up the story a lot neater by including the original cut ending, and even by adding an timeskip to Metal Gear 1 and 2. Also, now that they have Hayter on board they could easily bring him in to record voice lines - either they could use him as SS for the epilogue OR they could just do the whole thing as BB/VS.
