As promised, here is the second part, because some bangers were still missing and there is still plenty of room for more stuff, depends on my freetime (School hits hard rn, quiet annoying). I want to thank you again for the unexpected support and I'm glad that some of you were able to wallow in the good old times, like I did.
And it seems there are again alot of B&W themes in here but nostalgia just kicked in to hard to not include them.

4th and 5th gen... pure nostalgia for me. I started playing with Diamond and not many years after that I also enjoyed my time with Soul Silver, Black and White 2. Very good times... How I miss those. :(

That being said, I absolutely loved Gen 6 since it was my second pokemon game I owned on the 3ds Also spent over 200 hours on a savefile.. until I decided to delete it to start again and never finish it again smh

I'm in college final year before going off to uni. Everything is so serious now, so much work to do and not enough time to sit and love life as it is. Watching / listening to this takes me back to those days as a kid where I could play these games for hours, in my own little Pokémon world exploring as much as I could, admiring the scenery and lovely cities. Talking to every person I could, it was brilliant - a time where I didn't have a care in the world. How fast are we all growing up:(

So true. As kids we thought school is annoying but in reality school time is a wonderful time without a lot of pressure, you see your friends every day and just have fun with Pokemon for example. Now life is seriously and stressful.

True, I wish I could enjoy the same freedom from 10 years ago. It's a shame that this is how things have to turn out, more responsibilities, less health, less awe. All for what? I just want to eat moms food, enjoy Pokémon on the Couch and relax, not suffer from stress and lack of sleep...fuck money. Annoying education. Blinding system. Numbing careers. Freedom, family and friends is what matters in the end, as cliché as it may sound. What have we done?

You don't have to let go of your childish side Even once you're wrinkled and you have back pain, you can still look forward and love the small things in life like you used to (e.g., picking up your old Ninendo DS for half an hour of gaming, or even just opening up RU-vid to find funny videos to get lost in like the old days)

The Diamond/Pearl/Platinum era music isn't massively different from some of the other Pokemon games released around that time, but it will always have this cheery nostalgic vibe to it that will always remind me of my early teenage years when everything was much simpler and it seemed like the best days were still ahead of me. I played Persona 4 Golden a year or so ago and it's the only game that's taken me back to that same feeling. Both in terms of its setting and music. A new year has just begun and we're growing further distant from those days. I'm just glad I have these moments to look back on. Pokemon Yellow was my first Pokemon game, but Diamond will always be my favourite.

Castelia City theme is soooo good and heavily underrated imo...especially with the bustling streets filled with NPCs, it was always one of the most unique Pokemon cities in my opinion Shoutout to Icirrus City too, the clapping incorporated into the theme (that corresponds to the dancing NPCs in the town centre) was absolutely amazing

It's been over a decade and the child that obsessed over these games is still just as obsessed. I think about these games so much, B/W & B2/W2 specifically. My ds is literally on the table. But I feel like I have to worry about being and adult and taking the time to play these games again for my own enjoyment would almost be a disservice to what I "need" to be. I worry too much about how I need to spend my time and end up doing nothing of importance. God. It's the memories that keep me going, that at least at one point, I did have the time to play these games with no worries. It makes me cry a bit, because I want to keep making those memories like I did in my childhood. But I had a great childhood because of pokemon, I still love pokemon and I'll do my best to figure out my life and be comfortable enough to come back to these games when I'm a little more carefree again. At the very least I can carry on listening to the music in daily life.

I loved my childhood, no question. But if I could choose to rewind the time to relive it, I'd refused. As a child, I had no idea about anything, like responsibilty, and games were almost the mere thing that my world revolved around. I like to be an adult. I can do much more things and I enjoy the knowledge, the experience and the responsibilty I get each day.

The last game that holds nostalgia for me is Diamond/Pearl. It is the last Pokemon game I played before I stopped playing them. I did pick up Pokemon ORAS and then stopped playing again until Legend of Arceus. I remember that Pokemon Diamond and Pearl were both the first games I was able to comfortably buy because I started working as a teen. Hearing songs from that game reminds me of the youthful energy I had..... also the job I had that I look back at fondly. Treasure your youth, you guys. It'll be over before you know it.

I feel so old I remember playing Pokemon Black and once I got to Castelia City I just explored every building I could get into now in Modern Pokemon you can't! Gen 5 was peak I was stupid kid back then I appreciate Gen 5 now. Despite playing Pokemon Platinum! Gen 4 all the way!

@@Supprex I lost My dsi From A Theif Who Broke into my house on 2013 and luckily all of my ds games are there except all of my pokemon figures and the limited edition pokemon black dsi i brought 2 of them And the Dsi Is Common In my place which sells at a reasonable cheap price and im looking for a limited edition again in 2022 same as my old ones that got stolen

@@DarkLatexKing That is sad even stolen in your own house is heavy, I was just a young kid forgetting my Ds at the front bag of a plane seat (I even believe in 2013 or 14 aswell), where I took a flight for the first time and cried so bad after not finding my ds in my backpack, yeah You cant regularly buy a Ds in Germany anymore or atleast around the area, where I come from, so I often had the idea of going to a flea market, where youre able to find lots of old gems, maybe even older stuff like a Snes or Gamecube. Also non-gaming stuff which is awesome, but I didnt yet went to one.

If not you can try importing a ds console in your country And the Plane You lost your ds console is very common to me in 2014 because i was on a airport trying to go on a vacation to new york or California as i remembered so. After i arrived at my destination i keep hearing some stolen or lost Game handhelds on a security guard's radio and trying to check all of our pockets or luggage on near exit of an airport And one person was caught Like 4 Nintendo 3ds consoles and 1 smartphone And mine was : 0 rip

I borrowed a friend's DS including his pokemon Diamond back when I was 2nd grade (2008). He just arrived in Canalave city and I beat Byron with the help of his team. Soon after I got a DS of my own and a copy of pokemon Pearl. Canalave city's ost will always be cemented into my mind as the official soundtrack to my pokemon adventure. I beat absolutely every pokemon game multiple times in the coming years and truly became a great trainer in my opinion.

This is actually very interesting because Nintendo or GameFreak as far as I know do not claim Videos if you use Soundtracks out of the actual videogames, but rather when you use tunes of the Anime or movies. I know many RU-vidrs especially out of the Nintendo scene who often use Pokemon Osts f.e as background music. It should be no problem if you use them in one of your videos. But ofc it can change in the future tho I believe that Gamefreak does not care about the ingame Music, not knowing what masterpieces they created.

Castelia's is meh, / Ok. It's very 'passable by the by' - but I much prefer something more Iconic for a main Central City theme. Mesagoza is where it's at. Amazing theme; full of fizz and a true Classic!
