I have such a soft spot for Derek & Ian I think they're absolutely adorable. All the Cottage Living townies have my heart actually 🥰 Great to see the High School Years townies' details! I don't have the pack so I never got to click into CAS and see their orientations.
I just found out about this and have to share: It strongly seems like Michael Bell from Cottage Living is a trans man. There is a ghost story about young Maybell Watson who went missing. Maybell had a bike with two baskets for flowers. A bike just like that is at Michael Bell's house. With a ghostly gnome on it. XD Maybell - Michael Bell. Sims wiki says that the name Thomas means twin. And when you look at them Thomas and Michael have some similarities like their eyes and hair colour. I haven't heard many people talk about it but some Reddit threads thought it was quite obvious since the names fit so well. I think it's quite interesting! Edit: Bell is an adult and Thomas young adult. So no twins, but probably related nevertheless. Watsons seem to be in the middle of all Henford happenings.
Using MC Command Center, in anticipation of the Growing Together pack, I made Ian and Derek the dads of Mila Munch (changing her surname to Moody). I got the pack and she had a fling and wound up pregnant, and when she had the baby, they came to stay with her and help out. They were SO ADORABLE with their grandsons, with the baby, with their daughter, and with each other. They gave the complete family experience for Growing Together. While Brent and Brant (whom I always rename Brad for my own reasons) will always have a place in my heart, Derek and Ian have earned a top spot. I hope one day we get the ability to stay over with other Sims like they can stay over with us, and then I can have Mila and her brood descend on the family farm, LOL! Or maybe I'll start a new game with them all (I have the initial relationship set-up saved as a start game) and have them together on the farm.
This is very cool that the sims teams add more LGBTQIA+ sims in a lot of pack, they are all adorable🥰you learned me a lot of things since I don’t explored the cas that much, hoping that the next pack will have more queer couple/sims!!
For Noah Kane I had to modify him to give him a more business like personality using one of the male hairstyles from Jungle Adventure. In addition I had to modify Savannah Price to have a peacock like undercut hairstyle which is a male hairstyle. She looks so much better with the undercut.
Sadly Asexual Sims won't work as well as I tried it and in my not so Berry Challenge the Asexual Townie engaged the Woohoo:/ Also it's interesting as and Rhamis (oldest) child is dating Lavinas child.
@@TycoCurious What about Sims who are made by Maxis but aren't in the game? On the gallery there are some: Mia Hayes and Dela Ostrow are girlfriends according to their bios. Leia Wainscot is also a child sim who is trans. In the DHD trailer she has a trans flag in her room and she also wears those colours. Then of course Liam Beckett from HSY that you mentioned. The teen version of Iggy Pancakes wears the base game pride shirt for his hotweather.
@@fableSimmer I have debated including gallery sims, specifically the Mo'Choice household was cut out of my first video because it wasn't as explicit as I thought when I started investigating the Sims. Mia and Dela would be good ones though because their bios are pretty clear they are dating and they are front and center on the game art. Also, where did you find teen Iggy Pancakes? Maxis gallery? I was looking the other day and only found the version with toddler Iggy.
@@TycoCurious Also, Hina from the Snowy Escape gameplay trailer describes Niko as the love of her life. They're on the gallery as well. I'm actually making a thread of box art LGBTW sims on twitter as I type this lol
