We have still been on our search for our property. There were a few old ran down properties that went on the market back in Kentucky so we decided to make another trip back down. Both places definitely need a lot of work and/or torn down. But like we have said, we are mostly buying for the lot, location, and utilities. We will take care of the rest from there.

So, you can’t tell us the asking price on the properties? You could probably get a lot more discussion here if your viewers had more info. Oh well.

Sorry, we had edited out most of the conversations with the realtors that mentioned price and didn’t think of circling back. Next time we look I’ll at least add text showing what the properties are listed at. Both of these were listed between $50,000-$75,000. Thanks for the feedback.
