Developing Raw Land in Kentucky: The Planning Begins 

This week we were back at our property in Kentucky. We are just starting to figure out what all we need to do. We are working on cleaning the property up a little and mapping the upcoming builds. We think we have settled on where all of the buildings will go. It will still be a few years until we can build but the planning starts now. We have to establish our budget and get the excavation started. We are definitely looking forward to it and can't wait to share the process with you.
