When she was here in Toronto I didn’t know or heard about her i would be screaming so long and loud until my voice gone no captivated me until I accidentally listen to this song.is fluky i was looking for Efren Reyes drop my glasses on the floor picked it up something happened i have my headphones already and this song came on and I looked there she is and I said wow I been hooked sense All the Divas in the world in morissette voice

@@SoundVapors I think if Whitney were still with us she would be cheering for Morissette, and then try to beat her brains out when she got her chance. But Morissette is so respectful she would win over Whitney. Can you imagine the duets they could sing together? I think I just peed my pants a little bit at the prospect. The thing about Morissette is you give a Mariah song, or a Celine song the results are virtually the same. This woman can sing any style of music and sound like that's her specialty. The part that set this whole performance was the second 'that' in the first verse. It was big without being garrish. Everything is tasteful and spectacular at the same time. I just realized I hadn't subscribed to your channel until today. Thanks for your reactions.

The performance that gives me a similar vibe to this is the encore from her "Made" concert in her home town of Cebu, which was "And I Am Telling You". Highly recommend it.

What's more, Mori is so versatile that she can do Gospel/inspirational, pop, show tunes, love ballads, even rocking and rapping when the mood strikes. Great reaction as usual, Tommy! Thoroughly enjoyed you reacting to Mori, regardless of your video portion getting blocked - I hear ABS/CBN is notorious for that. Anyways, the next one of Mori’s you’ve just GOT to do next is her rendition of And I Am Telling You from her Morissette Is Made concert in Cebu. It’s her finale performance after singing like 25 songs prior. It is EPIC and mind blowing!!!

ASAP is actually a weekly TV show with regular personalities, like Morissette Amon, Regine velasquez, Sarah Geronimo, Gary Valenciano, Martin Nievera, Angelina Guinto, plus other invited guest like TNT Boys, 4th Impact, etc. etc. It is not a competition where somebody is declared the official winner. And by the way, they don't only sing but also dance and do stage plays/jokes.

Yes, that's an apotheosis performance. Mori is so amazing that she improves each and every song she sings. Whitney was one of my favourite singers too. I will always love her but, man, Mori is one of my top 4 female singers of all times. Aretha, Mariah and Whitney are the other 3... I don't now the order hahaha, but don't really mind. The battle (vs) in this show was against Jed Mandela and there is video on youtube of the more extended performance. He also covered a Whitney song and then he and Mori ended it with a Whitney duet. As far as I know, the show leaves it up to the audience as to who won. They both did a great job imo. ASAP is a regular Sunday TV show that Mori appeared on regularly for quite a while, including for a good part of 2020. She still has appearances on it, but less frequently now.
