Yes I am a medical scientist so I checked out aussie soils (and my whole family are farmers, agronomists and Roundup lovers). Copper soil levels in Oz have declined around 80% in the last 100 years, really shocking (and it was low to start with when it was colonized). Many vets now find iron overload/ copper deficiency in livestock, but our human doctors are not diagnosing it, worse still are pumping people full of iron. In Asia now they are adding iron to the rice also.... very sad.

Copper vessels and copper jewelry were once commonplace and should be implemented on a daily basis in the urban modern world. Yes to real food and regenerative farming! IIRC, food is copper(1+), and metallic and supplemental copper is copper(2+). If you have copper reductase bacteria in your gut, then the copper(2+) is easily converted to copper(1+) which is what your body actually needs. Guess what anti-bbiotics wipe out? If your gut can't do the conversion, the benefits of copper(2+) will not be there, and I don't know if it can cause harm. IIRC, the 1+ and 2+ refer to the number of electrons in the outermost shell.

In my understanding, regarding soil, is that the minerals are already there, but all the microbes that make the minerals available to the plant for absorption, are dead due to conventional farming practices. Thats why farmers like Joel Salentin, Greg Judy, and Richard Perkins are so important, because they are teaching us how to properly care for and nourish the soil.

How can the minerals be in the soil? The vast majority of Farmers only fertilize with what's called NPK which stands for nitrogen phosphorus and potassium. There are over 17 minerals needed where do we put that back in the soil. We don't rest the soil. we don't rotate crops and or tell them back into the soil like people did in the past.

I loved this talk so much. Enthralling. I can’t even tell you how much he explained that I’ve been trying to figure out for 3 years now. He explained precisely the issues I’m going through and explained why increasing my iron has not worked. He’s right, too- talk about copper toxicity/iron deficiency is all the rage right now. My first HTMA practitioner was pretty biased and was convinced my low tissue copper was simply high copper hidden in tissues. I’ve since that time had another HTMA 9 months later with a different provider and it was confirmed my copper is in fact, very low, and not hidden copper toxicity. Starting on a temporary mineral balancing protocol that will include copper this time and I’m so excited to hopefully find some relief. I plan on checking out Marleys stuff and continuing to learn! I’m so interested in watching a Part II! (Also can we point out how amazing and trustful it is that this guy gives out his phone number! 😂 He’s a better person than I! )

I listened to a few morley robbins interviews, but still not sure of the range of the copper in take we need daily. He once says the sweet spot is 3 to 6 mg ? But he didn't endorse any of the copper supplements. I am taking blubonnet vit a retinol 25,000 iu + vit d3 1000 iu one to 2 times daily. This sud be from cod liver oils. Plus copper supplements 9 mg from the same brands. My results is a bit mixed. Wonderful for the first week, as my stomach became much better, eyes more liquid, hair turned darker. But i feel more tired about 10 days into it. I wonder if the retinol and copper i am taking a bit high dosage.

What foods do we eat to increase iron copper and magnesium in our diets
@wellnesspathforme6236
@wellnesspathforme6236 3 года назад
Grass fed/finished beef liver and quality magnesium supplements are key. Morley gives away his entire protocol away for free on his website. You have plenty of iron, so you will want to eliminate iron fortified foods -- the metallic iron is inorganic and not processed by mother nature through a plant, so it is basically rusting you from the inside out and driving Big Pharma profits.
@dana102083
@dana102083 3 года назад
its what not to eat as well. Sugar and grains removal is necessary to ensure absorption. There is a very specific protocol though, starting with stopping certain things and getting mag, vit a and others. Foods like liver.

@@wellnesspathforme6236 Won't eating meat cause you to have even higher levels ? My ferritin was 29 and I'm vegan. I have not found a meat water with ferritin that low, yet.
@wellnesspathforme6236
@wellnesspathforme6236 3 года назад
@@sovereignsoulutions6612 Are you a type A blood type? It is quite possible that blood types are adaptations based on ancestral diets. Type A's tend to do better eating less meat and dairy. BTW, every time I mention any food, I'm ONLY referring to the natural form of the food, NOT the industrialized version. You bring up a good point I had not hear discussed before. I don't know how dietary ferritin fits into the picture, other than to say that it isn't ferritin that was in your cells, dumped its toxic iron, and got ejected into your serum. However, it would seem that it was from the same process in the animal, which would imply there would be some toxic iron in the animal meat that one ingests with the animal meat. I'm all for people optimizing their vegetation ingestion from nutrient-dense soils, and minimizing their animal food from grass fed/finished cared for animals, with an emphasis on bio-copper replete organ meats. Based on your comment, I think a good study would be to determine the serum ferritin levels of humanely grown, grass fed/finished animals and compare to the serum ferritin levels of the pathological industrial husbandry complex. I bet the numbers you are looking at come from the latter, and I bet the former are much lower. Maybe torturing the animals is a way to create an acidic animal that absorbs more toxic iron into its tissues, just like humans do. When we ingest that industrialized meat, we take on the toxicity of that iron as well. This denutrification and toxification "silent weapon for quiet wars" is absolutely diabolical! PS -- you do avoid metallic iron filing "fortified" foods, right? Many vegan foods are loaded with metallic iron filings, and this iron will reap havoc on the body's ability to convert 12 beta-carotene molecules into 1 retinol, and if retinol is depleted, bio-copper is depleted, and when bio-copper is depleted, toxic iron drives deeper into the cell -- and that's bad news!

The daily requirement in iron INTAKE is 14-18mg because our body only absorbs 10% OR so if it ... So 1.4mg or 1.8mg a day (women, menstruation). The lady taking 350mg iron a day would also not have absorbed 350, more like 35mg. If anemic you definitely wouldn't be replenishing your iron with merely 1mg a day.

vitamin C and vitamin D are destructive? I don't think this guy knows what he's talking about. Neither knows the value or function of hydrogen peroxide.

I know many many women in particular seriously injured by taking hormone D. They tell me their symptoms and I immediately know they take hormone D, they’re shocked. Morley explains how to get hormone D to raise without taking this dangerous supplement

You can't be seriously injured by taking vitamin D3, it just doesn't happen. First of all you would have to take heroic doses which would be 100,000 IUs per day for months. And then you might experience some confusion which would disappear in a few days once you stopped. The extremely rare so-called negative side effects from excess vitamin D are not vitamin D at all but almost always, 9 out of 10 times, due to a magnesium deficiency or one out of ten times too much calcium. If you take high dose D3 magical positive things start to happen, but you would always take them with extra K2, magnesium, Boron, vitamin A. If you only take ten thousand IUs of D3 per day you won't need to take anything else as they will not be affected. @@pandanustrees

@@althe if you think shoulder surgery from calcifications and kidney damage from calcifications amongst other problems are not serious injuries, then absolutely. I know enough women with these problems, and no treatment for the side effects has been effective, without giving yet more side effects. I don’t know if you’re make or female G, but for women, this stuff is dangerous. The first thing I ask is, are you taking D3 and how long for? Always a yes, and their doses aren’t as high as you speak of. There are better ways to increase hormone D that don’t require taking the synthetic stuff. Even just K2 on its own would be better than involving D3. The women I know would have been better off not taking anything at all. They are the reason I would never risk it for myself. Maybe for men it’s different. I’m glad it works for you, but for many people it’s very damaging and a difficult mess to clean up ❤️
