Video includes 60 minutes of morning arrivals and departures at New York’s La Guardia airport during a recent trip abroad
Filmed freehand using a 4K Sony AX53 video camera
Something new to the channel including many popular American Airlines that use LGA for primarily domestic routes with the US
I was very lucky to have arrivals on runway 04 as the whole week leading up to me being there they didn’t use it all!

I have been at La Guardia dozen of times since 1970’s and what surprised me take off and landing on Runway 4 instead of runway 13/31 for landing while Runway 4 for takeoff or clockwise. Maybe runway 13/31 on maintenance repair or due to winds directions

Then on December 29, I will be flying back to LaGuardia airport on Delta airlines from Knoxville Tennessee to LaGuardia

All the runways at LGA are around 2100 metres long or 7000ft

7:15. Delta really has a flight from JFK to LaGuardia??? And they need an A320?

This would’ve probably just been a positioning flight😂. Probably needed the aircraft at LGA and not at JFK so they ferried it over

Why would they ever do that lol? I work at lga and I remember that day, im a tug driver and one of fuel trucks slightly dented and damaged an a320 that boarding passengers. Because of the damage they couldn’t resume the flight. Delta had no spare a320’s at Lga but they had one at jfk so they flew it over and used that one
