I'm really psyched about mobility routine in the morning the one sticks out for me of the exercises you did choose is band overhead rotation that´s really a game changer for strengthen back position firm also thanks for the other moves do you actually invest every morning time into mobility ? if you can share a wrist warmup routine I would highly appreciated I wish health and secure to everyone outthere peace & love
