Morning Back Pain? 

Stress of a sudden midlife crisis brought me here.

Hope my back feels better can’t even put on socks laying down is the best option. I was doing squats the day before and can’t believe it took a toll this morning I never experienced this intense back pain can’t even find my pain pills.

I feel like I loaded with too much cortisol as soon as I awake, it's a horribly all over fight or flight achey feeling throughout my body for the first few hours of the day. This started a couple years ago, I'm 48, fairly athletic, good diet, wtf is going on? My testosterone is low so it could be that, but i feel great at night, go to sleep easy and love it, but wake up like i'm coming down with a body cold or flu every day............not just achey joints, more like that feeling right as your getting sick........help

Wanted To Ask What Are The Side Effects If You're Given Spine Steroids Injections Many Times???
