I wanted to relax, so I cooked oden.

◎Oden
material:
1/2 radish
6 boiled eggs
Beef muscle 300g
1 bag of konnyaku
6 pieces
2 potatoes
4 pieces of burdock tempura
Mochi drawstring bags 6 pieces
Dashi soup 1500cc (10cm of kelp + bonito flakes in 2 liters of water)
1 large
1 large mirin
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Oden base, desired amount
① Put the beef muscles in a pot and bring to a boil → throw away the hot water and wash with water (3 sets)
Cut into bite-sized pieces
② Boil the cut konnyaku once.
③Cut the daikon radish into 2cm thick pieces, peel and chamfer the skin.
④Put the radish in a pot, pour enough water to cover it, and add the rice.
Place over medium heat, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 12 to 13 minutes. Once a bamboo skewer comes through, turn off the heat.
④Pour the dashi stock into a clay pot and add the ingredients (other than the paste products and mochi purse).
⑤ Bring to a boil over medium heat → Once boiling, simmer over medium heat for 40 to 50 minutes.
⑥ Add the paste product and simmer for about 15 minutes.
⑦When serving, sprinkle with yuzu pepper, mustard paste, and yuzu shichimi.
★Today's daikon radish has less lye, so it seems to be okay without adding rice.
Oden becomes even more delicious if you leave it overnight.
