Elements and Grounding 💜 I've been trying hard to practice healthy habits you suggest Jim, thank you as always for teaching what you know. Trying but not always succeeding. First thing; to get into the sun, grounding to the elements, trying my best to avoid tech. Eating heathier brain foods. Brushing teeth I need to work on... & need to relearn to make this normal again. Barefoot + garden is a great feeling in nice weather.

Jim, you always have such a clear vision of what lies ahead, what you want to accomplish in that immediate time frame, you’re a master at organizing, your day, your thoughts, your future and interactions, blows me away, You didn’t break your brain, you enhanced it, thank you very much for all of your sharing those early struggles. I used to sweep an alley to make 25cents, bought an ice cream and a Marvel comic every day! 😀👍🏼Thank you very much!

Thank you so much for your great advice Jim! Experimenting has also helped me figure out what works. Being in nature helps a person to reset the nervous system. Even when I was a child I liked reflecting daily and what I was able to accomplish each day. It helps to be motivated for the next day. I also practice gratitude daily.

Nice to see this while beginning the day. I remember the part where you mentioned the 4 elements. In Bharat (India) we have concept of 5 elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space. 🙂🙂

There's a meditation on the 4 elements we can use at any moment in life. Simply recognize the elements in anything we are experiencing. The temperature of something may indicate the element of fire. The water element is the easiest because we are water so if there is no moisture content in the air or nearby then you can simply tap into the feeling of water within your mouth. The element of air is also easy because when we pay attention to our breath we experience it right away and the earth element is always available when we recognize the clothes we have on or our feet touching the earth or our hands holding something. Basically doing this cycling between the 4 for a few minutes, along with the 18 realms of consciousness (the six senses and there consciousnesses) we can feel more connected to the universe and less caught in our thinking. I find myself enjoying this when I'm in the hottub! It's my favorite 🙏 🤲 🌼🤲🙏
