The fact Moz has uploaded the whole album so people who can't buy straight away can listen and enjoy it is so fucking brilliant. So much respect for that ♥️
Another Hope... I love Morrissey..,but I think many fans are trapped in cult of personality type delusions. This album is not aesthetically pleasing. Listen to Suedehead or Everyday is Like Sunday or Why don't u find out for yourself or even the songs from Quarry. ..then listen to a song like israel. Some of the tracks on this album aren't even real songs. Rather they are narratives with discordant music that embarrisingly borrows cultural motifs. 4 or 5 good songs (such as the misleading lead single) amongst filler from a man trying too hard. I saw him live recently and he was awesome. Still the singer of my fave band.
Sorry, i meant this song, not the song Israel...that opening hook is just wretched. The song Israel sounds like moz trying to write a Broadway musical, like much of this. Still adore moz.

1:55 I was diasapointed on the strong build up I really thought was going to hold on to it but instead it was the basic way lower tempo lyrics. come on Morrissey hold those notes for longer I know you can really touch with your voice
