Within the halls of the Samarys Ancestral Tomb lies the coveted Mentor's Ring, a legendary artifact of Tamriel, imbued with great power. Yet, this is a short and easy dungeon, the Mentor's Ring is practically out in the open for anyone to take, with no real challenge to earn this powerful artifact.
That, of course, is where today's Mod of the Day comes in, for today we're showcasing OAAB Greater Samarys by Varlothen, an expansion and overhaul of the Samarys Ancestral Tomb. Now the Mentor's Ring is hidden, and you'll not only have to face undead foes to win this treasure, but also keep a careful eye and look for secret passageways.
This is a sizable, but not massive, expansion to Samarys, that can still be completed at level one with a bit of luck, it just gives you a more unique and exciting experience to discover the Mentor's Ring!
A remake of the original Greater Samarys from 2016, this is a delightfully atmospheric dungeon-delving experience that's well-worth checking out today in 2023!
