@teedms3149 it is no longer available. They are usually available for about 3 days at the pyramid mesa, and then the mesa disappear. At least one usually pops up during each season.
It's called "pest control" I got it from a previous fight or chest, don't remember where exactly but you can get health regen talismans from the collector shops as well. There is also another one called blood brawler you can get from collector shop. There is also one called "healing blood fist" this one is in the shop in the living forest.
