For real I don't think anyone wanted this to be this hard people said Invasion mode sucked not that it was to easy they just missed the mark on this one I don't think anyone asked for this with the insanely hard mini games in boss fights it's kind of ruining this game
I agree full heartily, This Boss was some bullsh*t! I was having a blast with invasions before I ran into this! Thank god I somehow managed to get past it…

I beat him with the most cheapest way possible someone advised me to beat him with. In the second phase, i just took his life down to the point where i had the life lead and i was just wasting time untill the time out. That awarded me the victory. I agree to the fact that this was the most bullshit boss fight ever in the invasion mode for this game.
Hey man I’m still stuck on this Johnny Boss fight that didn’t work for me. I had more blood than him I’m the 2nd round and still lost. Wtf and I even let the timer run out.
@@David-nq8cv what relic did you use? I have already used the take 50 percent less damage at full health and the one for the Kamoes. I already tried even the talisman with energy and the energy pill.
Guys, for those who are having difficulty going through this, just do what was said in one of the comments below. Don't kill Johnny in the 2nd round, just leave him with less health than you and wait for the timer to run out!
Yeah thats what i did. Just let the timer run out in the first 2 rounds with a character with a lot of health and defense and always keeping him low. and indeed he died at the second round and skips the horrible green ball bullshit.
This game mode is rotten and extremely repetitive, not to mention those bosses that are ridiculously difficult to kill. I don't know where Netherrealm Studios finds this cool and exciting for players!
Relic (Friend Zone) gives you unlimited kameo at the cost of 50% damage reduction if you’re fine with the fight and it’s just the projectiles, just spam sub zero kameo armour
Idk if the relic is bugged but i tried this with relic, healing medallion, sub and max health character. Always died after couple hits. I tried 1 time with relic that allows unlimited cameo, sub and healing medalion and got it first try not even needing medallion. Yes i used sub and taunted while ice armor and still died in 3 hits.

Ok so basically I used reiko and put all stats points into defense, at least 100, then if you want but the energy pill, didn’t need it tho, I used khamleon as my kameo character then I used the friend zone relic and spammed kameo attacks until health was low enough until timer ran out in the second phase I had a lot of health remaining so a lot of room for mistakes tbh
+1 on people saying to cheese it by stalling, i tried the peacemaker/subzero method but i'm awful at activating the force field. I got past this fight with reiko: half of all points invested in health and half in attack, stalled for 300 seconds in first phase and won by health lead in second, scorpion as a kameo just to pull me further away during some attacks and stall longer
