We were staying at my father's friend's house not far from Moscow. He bought the lot in 2007 and started building the house. Now it's a fantastic property with a big lot! I loved the landscape, outdoor swimming pool, sauna and the ping pong table.

From Charlotte, North Carolina. Very nice home with special features. Yes, those maple trees are gorgeous. Luckily, we have plenty in my area along with others that show their beautiful leave in the autumn. Thanks for the tour.

Hey guys. Alexander bought the lot in 2007 and started building the house. Now 14 years later it's almost finished. A lot of time and effort put into it. It's one of the most impressive houses I've seen in Russia. Let me know what you think. BTW I filmed this video the same day I ran into Natasha from Yeah Russia. What a busy day in Moscow!

@Alexander Volkov I have always wondered why some people who have left Russia for another country start throwing mud at their former homeland. The answer is simple - as a rule, they settle there much worse than they lived in Russia, apparently this is done to justify themselves and to somehow reassure themselves that they did everything right. Thousands of people who left Russia, including to the United States, return back in five, ten years - You can find many videos on RU-vid.

Put the government aside then Russian and US people are very much alike. But Russia has retained the value of life better than the USA. I'm from the US. I think some day the Russian and American citizens will again be great friends and allies. People will save what the government destroys. God bless the USA and Russia. Save us and let us save ourselves from the tyrants!

Most Russian living places I have watched on RU-vid are apartments. Really nice to see a standalone house for a change.

Russian in urban areas mostly live in high rise buildings apartments. But the majority of families have countryside houses called dacha. These houses might be just summer houses with no proper insulation for winter, or solid full size stand alone houses for all-year stay. And people in a countryside, obviously, mostly live in standalone houses.

Big beautiful home. To protect your vinyl records you should store them in sleeves and upright to prevent warping.

I work in orsk city Russia for 7 years its really cold and I'm so familiar of all such stuff in the sauna my employer is a rich businessman I'm a nanny of their baby i move to Moscow and strange my employer don't have Sauna. I miss Russia anyway

Slava, my wife and I really enjoy your videos. Your english is perfect, we would never know it is not your first language. Thank you for showing and educating us about Russian culture , I wish all Americans would open their eyes on the good things about Russia and the culture. Hopefully someday the politicians here will wake up and end the stupid economic sanctions that only hurt the good Russian people. My wife is Ukrainian and has been in Russia many times prior to 2014.
