I've been on the journey of rebuilding since summer, started with diet, moved to some simple home workouts...but I locked guidance, or suggestions. More than that u lacked someone I could trust in terms of "I believe it when XYZ tells me to do ABC". Since I've found you and your content, I can say for sure...this is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Your way of motivation, your tips, your foci, sense of humor, physique, journey...all of it. If you train the same muscle group every day you won't give it enough time to recover so it will be counterproductive, train your chest 2-4 times a week and make sure you take rest days in beetween

100 is too much especially every day. You'll put a load on your tendon and elbows that *might* become a serious problem over time. I'd say do 100 pushups every day for a few months then start doing actual workouts if you can, or find a harder pushup variation that makes you do less than 50 a day. Or if you want to absolutely win, do them on alternate days for however long you wish, that day off is crucial to help strengthen your elbows and tendons.
