So they just smashed 4 into their own net then... I can imagine their thinking... Gaffa: "Lads we can't win Championship this year and we'll get relegated almost certianly, so why don't we just bottle it and win the Championship next year!" Some dude (Maybe Troy Deeney don't know many Watford players from 2013) "What if we bottle it nex..." "ORDERS ARE ORDERS! GET SCORING... IN YA OWN NET!"
Elliot Stone I’m guessing your not a Palace or a Brighton fan I am a palace fan and I think this rivalry is one of the best like I don’t get the rivalry of Manchester United and Liverpool because I’m not a fan of those clubs
I'm starting to miss Irish Guy (And James too, of course) showing up his face and rants about a lot of things football. Anyway, keep doing decent work, guys! Thanks for keep entertaining as well as educate your subscriber in the middle of this suck pandemic situation.
yoo man tbh I think Man U are going to be better than you soon. You can’t spend much money this season and your ban will most likely come through next season
As a Sheffield United fan we’ve had so many worse moment than drawing with Brighton in the prem, three failed playoff campaigns and a relegation in the past decade
The most annoying thing about that leicester penalty against west ham was that it just wasnt necessary. Carroll shouldered his way into a challenge and it's debatable if it should have been given but you don't give the ref that choice in the 95th minute
Bit of a correction for you. That Brighton play-off season was under Oscar Garcia not Gus Poyet. Also the Kuszczak own goal was a shot from distance from Chris Martin that beat Kuszczak, smacked off the cross bar, off his back and into the back of the net. Another contender could be Cristhian Stuani's goal to put 'Boro 3-0 up at the Amex in 15/16. Lose 2-0 and Brighton would've been 2nd ahead of them by Goals Scored, instead of 3rd by Goal Difference.
I'd say the most damaging goal Sheffield United have Conceded would have to be Yeovil away in the play offs to chuck the semi final away. Or Marvin Emnes last minute goal for Boro to basically send us to down to League one in 2011. Fair enough we might miss out on Champions league but that's not going to damage us. It's just pulling our club closer together
That just chucked your title bid in a bin, you could still have finished second. If you hadn't been battered by already-relegated Newcastle on the final day of the season, that is.

As a lfc supporter, winning the league this season will be satisfying. All the noil and voil people. 2014 time was very annoying, there and almost. 27 wins from 29 is a good start.
Surely the Aguero goal against QPR was more damaging for United... like the Pienaar goal opened the door for City but the Aguero goal literally won them the title in the last seconds of the game.
All things considered, the 13/14 season was probably the best Premier League season, it's just that people's obsession with Gerrard slipping makes everyone forget just how crazy a season it was, literally 4 different teams had a good chance of winning it in april
Manchester United goal should have been when Chelsea scored at old trafford last year. The goal did we could not finish over the top 4. We probably wouldn’t finish over it but it was hope until that goal.
This probably would be an dumb idea but, Best Relegated Premier Clubs from 1999-2019. (I.e, a team that went down in a fight, the 2010 Blackpool team.)
While Flamini's OG in 2014 was awful, I think Mustafi's awful defending vs. Palace's Zaha in April 2019 was worse. If Mustafi hadn't allowed Zaha to score, Arsenal would've likely qualified for Champions League Qualifying match. That goal spurred Palace on and MacArthur scored soon after and Arsenal lost 2-3 at home. Granted, it was during an appalling run in the League, but that one goal directly cost the Club a lot of money.
This dembe ba will go never escape our club we could go on to win none stop league title become the dominant force in the country (which is a big possibility) and still fucking demba ba haunts us I really hate that man
