You are an angel send by God to help us 🙏 I was very afraid to use heat on my hair as I know it damages our hair but after this recipe no more fear, Tnx sis so much God richly bless u 🙌
It's better than store bought products. Instead of vegetable glycerin I used collagen out of convenience. I got excellent results. Most importantly, no heat damage! Try it! It works!
Honestly I won't lie, I have been cracking my head on what heat protectant to purchase, you are God sent, am glad that I just discovered you when I needed this. And to know that I have all the ingredients at home, its just but awesome. Thank you!!!!! God bless.
Thank you so much for this! 💕 I applied this before going to get my braids installed because my hair hates heat, it gets so brittle and dry. The ladies at the salon said your hair is too oily we have to wash it off 😂 I said ma'am just blowdry my hair you have nothing to worry about. And sure enough the whole salon was filled with steam but my hair was soft and moisturised after blow drying.
You have such a wonderful, inviting disposition 😃 I just want to hug you!! And, although I don't have ethnic hair, I do well with those products. So, I'm going to the kitchen to mix this up RIGHT NOW. TY for sharing & being so very beautiful, in & out ❤ 🌹
I luv you for this because I had suffer from heat damaged and i had to do a chop now I am 1 yr transition natural and saw this I blow dried my hair so I can do box braid and this really works. Thank you
Hello Samantha. Thank you so much for your video. Would you please tell me how long the mixture stays ok? Does it need to be stored in refrigerator or normal room temperature is alright?
I want to blow dry my mid back length hair for the first time in 5 years. I'm so scared of heat damage. I just bought a very expensive heat protectant lol, I'm about to return it and do your DYI. Thank you Sam 💗
I thought about this natural product for so long and made it myself but without a conditioner. I use it after bath. But does it work without conditioner? Why to put it if we have glycerin? Thank you, regards🌹
Hi Samantha....thanks for your video.....can you help me get back my daughter's hair i think its damage from blow drying i wasn't using a heat protectant now it has gotten short, brittle, frizzy and very dry...
I have questions unrelated to heat protection but about hair care for a mature woman (aka 60 years old lol) trying to recover from hair loss. Can I slide in your DMs on IG?
Can olive oil do if I dont have sweet almond oil?am low porosity I suffer from single strand knots.. I've done almost everything to avoid them,my hair form tiny knots # the ends..i have fine strands and high density on my hair..thinking of blow drying each time after wash day because i think my fine hair doesn't like being in a shrunken state,it knots more😥please advice..TIA
@@newgrowthnaturals Hello Samantha, thank you so much for the knowledgeable and useful content. could you clarify : -if you do a protein treatment prior to blow dry , would you not recommend using the Giovanni direct leave in as it has protein from the herbal extracts including soy extract. so what leave in and heat protectant would you recommend after a protein treatment?
I live in the States so the cold will be coming soon. Can I substitute the glycerin for something else? My high porosity hair can't take glycerin in the winter.
Hello I'm a new subscriber am based in Nigeria...my hair is low porosity 4c..I noticed my hair is thinning out although it's growing long(the breakage is not abnormal) and I have lots of undergrowth hair pls help me what can I do to grow out my undergrowth new hair
@@newgrowthnaturals no sis,no one around is experiencing it..but how my hair appears especially when I straighten it with thread, it's appears like a relaxed hair with undergrowth (the length of my feels light one can see through it while the bottom is thicker because of the under growth) so I really don't know how to make the under growth grow out long,,,,the texture of my under growth is curly like a baby's hair
Thank you for this, Samantha! I've been considering adding heat to my regimen before protective styling to cut down on my wash day time. I also want to teach myself how to cornrow my hair. 😅 Now, I have to find vegetable glycerin in my town . I hope I can. We only have the cosmetic one, I don't know if there's any difference between the two. Could I substitute the sweet almond oil with olive oil instead? I doubt I'll find it in my town. Thank you in advance. You look beautiful, sis.
