I was part of the build there . We welded everything that’s steel .. crazy coming across this video , I still have pics and videos when it was all empty and being worked on ...crazy 👏🏼
Hello Everyone, I am so grateful you have taken the time to view this beautiful Penthouse, and I hope you enjoy the tour. I will be sure to respond to all comments. Health, Peace, and Prosperity to you all.
The company I work for did all the stone in this building, I can assure y'all that the quality of work is immaculate and nothing less than perfect was our goal. It was a long project but perfection never comes over night. Fun project had a blast here.
This is so wild. My family & I moved to Frisco in 2000 when it was mostly corn fields and we had to drive 20 minutes to one of the only grocery stores on the other side of the city. Every time I go home I say “when the hell did they build this?”
Great tour! That bar is very interesting considering it takes up so much space that I figured it would be the main kitchen. Whoever buys it I’m sure will be a huge fan of it. Incredible views as well
Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t get these highrises In the suburbs . I imagine a penthouse in an urban setting with a view of other tall buildings or a scenic view of water and/ or mountains. Looking out onto the tops of shopping strips, apartment complexes and single family neighborhoods just doesn’t do it for me. I work in Legacy West. And while it is a nice development at street level, I’m not sure I find it attractive from 26 stories up. It is a beautiful penthouse though. BTW, in regards to the Windrose...I see lights on in the morning, so I know people live there, but I honestly never see anyone walk in or out of that place.
Hi. North Dallas is changing. So many people are relocating here from all over the country and many of them want high-rise living. The high-rise has only been open for a year and is 50% full. From 27 stories up you see a lot more than just legacy west and the top of buildings. Being near 5 fortune 500 companies this area is going to turn more an more into it's own busy city. Thanks for your feedback and for watching.
@@itsdancan I so agree with you. I don't care for living in dallas. I decided to buy a townhome in Mckinney. Best decision for me. Not everyone wants to live inside a major city. These are beautiful places in and great area in plano.
Wow. I was literally sitting at the stop light, leaving legacy west, right outside of this building yesterday and was going to look up how much a place would be in here and then this just randomly popped up in my recommended. Lol crazy.
How much is the monthly HOA fee? Are there separate elevators for visitors? What does the security detail look like? Why no mention of garages? Are there any individual garages/elevators? Answers to these questions are important selling points. Thank you Sir!
Hi Francis. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch. All of my contact information is in the descriptions. Feel free to call or email me with any questions you may have. I also set up private tours to the building all the time for people reaching out from the channel. Just to answer some of your questions now. HOA is .75 per square feet. This particular penthouse gets 4 garage spaces. Security is monitored by heavy 24 hour cameras with 24 hour concierge. 3 elevators service the entire building with 1 service elevator. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to call or email. Thank you.
@@itsdancan May I ask, what's the parking like for this or similar units? Is it covered, assigned and how many spaces does it have? Thanks Daniel, your videos are great!
@@itsdancan no need to apologize, you're top class, I love your videos AND you're a busy man! It would be awesome to see what those garages look like when you do the apartment tours too! Much love!
Hi Sidney. There are 3 pantries in the kitchen which is a perfect place to put another deep freezer. If this was your main home you have more than enough space to do whatever changes you want. Thank you for watching. 😁
Hello, thanks for sharing. Your explanation was perfect. Amazing penthouse, it has everything. Where can I download more information about it? like a broshure, etc thanks. Happy New Year
Hi my friend. Thank you for watching and I'm so glad you enjoyed the tour. Feel free to send me an email and I can send you some information. dhunt@briggsfreeman.com.. thank again and talk to you soon.
Inspired 💪🏽!!! Do the windows have blinds/covers or would someone have to buy that separately? Can only imagine it would get really hot there in the summertime.
Hey Clayton.. Yes the windows have electric blinds. I should of pointed that out. Sorry about that. They were not hooked up yet but they are included with this Penthouse. Thank you for watching.
Hi Maddie. So funny you said that. I spoke to them about 2 weeks ago. I may have a video of them sometime in February. Stay tuned 😁😁 . Thank you so much for watching.
Hi my friend. I'm here when you're ready. We help people at all price points. Reach out to me anytime. Thank you for watching and supporting the channel.
I’m confused on the view... it’s a highway and tops of buildings. Maybe it’s because I live in Colorado but the trade off for actual land when living in a high rise is normally a pretty view... and that ain’t it.
Hey Clay I can appreciate both. Originally being from Chicago it's very motivating to see the city in motion, especially at night. Looking a nature is always an enjoyable way to pass the time as well. Thanks for your comment and for watching.
Hey Clay, it's a great view by Penthouse standards. Penthouses are usually in the City. How much land do you think New Yorkers see from their penthouses unless they're next to Central Park?
@@itsdancan hi I'm 14 and I live in dallas i seen your playlist and i noticed you dont do cheap ones ☹ if you could pls show us some good actual affordable ones like 100,00 and below pls it would be nice I would love to see it
Hi Anonie. Started at 900k depending on what floor you are on. Feel free to email or call me anytime. My info is in descriptions. Hope to hear from you.
Hi J A. Real Estate in this area is changing fast. Location and timing is changing the market. Being next to 5 fortune 500 companies and more moving to Plano this year. People relocating to TX are willing to pay for the convenience.
Hi Laura. I put North Dallas | Plano TX in the title so it could show up more in RU-vid search. Lots of people are relocating here and that's how many of them are searching for homes. I love Plano for I agree it's an amazing city 😁 Thank you for watching.
@@itsdancan I just purchased a 3100 sft in Mansfield, Tx with 76063, the same Zip as South Point, for little over 500K, a house in the neighborhood is on the market for 600K, so maybe in a few years if it gets up to 700 to 800K, I might reach out to your for a newer home 1M, if you work with someone that small.
Hi Hernandez. People who are searching for places to live in Dallas who are relocating are putting in search results North Dallas more than Plano or Frisco. That's why I have it labeled as such. Thank you for watching and supporting the channel.
Dont see the value of it when most people that usually want to pay this much want to usually be able to get everywhere by walking and not have to take a car. I’d like to see Legacy West become car-free instead of continued sprawl
Hi Brandon. You may not be able to see it but within a year of this building being open it is now 55% full. Which means the value is there. To many to name but here is a big one. This building is within 10 minutes to 5 fortune 500 company's. Also if you knew what the future holds for this area I'm sure you would see the value. Plano is changing fast. Thank you so much for watching and supporting the channel.
