I got my new dawn rose from homedepot for less than 20 dollars couple years ago. It was a lot smaller than your plant though. Every year in the late winter/ early spring check out homedepot and lowes, you would be surprised what varieties of roses you can find.
Yay paramount plants. The two from there I have in my garden are way the most expensive but both of those roses are also the busiest with buds by far aswell. How much did yours cost Nafy?

I think Paramount Plants are expensive. This one is being sold as a taller mature plant, so will cost more than the usual younger, shorter plants. When my New Dawn Rose was delivered from Harkness Roses, it was tiny compared to the one in the video.
