There is no sardar in Makran region which is biggest region in all over balochistan, why its not developed yet?

@@waseemahmed9877 That's because people of Makran have done NOTHING to organize and help themselves! You see, development doesn't begin at the top. It has to begin from the bottom up. If people organize, pool their resources to keep streets clean.open schools, and beautify their neighborhoods, others will come and invest money in their neighborhoods. And then governments will invest lot more, as there would be a need to support that investment. That's the tragedy of people in Balochistan and Sindh. They have an attitude that they are 'sons of the soil' and therefore ENTITLED to all the benefits, but don't want to move a finger to help themselves. That's why they remain poor. I am from Karachi but I now live in the US. Even here, in small remote areas, the government doesn't do much. People in small towns, get together and contribute funds for the community. In large cities where governments have a lot of money, rich businesses give donation to schools and contribute in keeping the streets clean and pay for water and sewer work development. No government can do everything. Here's what should happen. People in Makran should create "Mohalla" (neighborhood) committees. These committees should create rules to organize the neighborhood and come up with a system for garbage collection, construction, create playgrounds, and collect little money ( whatever people can afford) to create a fund for small developments such as schools. The rich should contribute more. In very little time, they will make their neighborhoods beautiful gaining the attraction of big businesses that will come to invest. The engine of growth is ALWAYS in the hands of private industry, not government. And it's big businesses that will force the government to build more highways and roads. That's how it works everywhere.
