i miss the unstable fissure talent used to drop a bomb from the rewind point. all of my atlas builds where built around that talent. i really stops me from wanting to play them now.
It's not that "No one seems to likes Altas!" It's just the fact it's difficult to master his skills! Also as a controller player, I feel he's was more designed for keyboard and mouse player's!
The part of Atlas' kit I dislike is his charged shot because it looks and feels like it hits like a truck but in reality it does not and the contrast between what I feel I'm doing and what often actually happens is unsatisfying. With a charge time of 1.4s and a firing+postfire animation of 0.9s the DPS of this mode is actually poor, considering also the fact that you cannot hold the charge so there's always the risk (unless you're timing an headshot on a banished or rewound target) of straight up wasting a whole 2.3s. The alternative is using the uncharged shot but, between its inaccuracy at range (with no ability to consistently get closer) and the fact that you're locked out from shooting for double the time it takes to fire, it doesn't feel that much better..
Playing Atlas with a good build like this is more fun too, if you're new to Atlas and you have a sub par build and you do badly it makes you less likely to want to play him more IMO
@@williamsewell6094 never happened to me tho, of course sometimes I see recurrent people but nothing else, like the waiting for every match is less that overwatch 2 for example, even on support
