Master Gohiring, all do respect, But what about the head being supported by a wire and Tongue to roof of mouth(EARTH POSITION?? MIDDLE PALLATE) Not FIRE OR WATER POSITIONS Also Breathe in nose out nose or In Nose Out Mouth? can you correct me I'm out of practice. Thank you I will await your response!!

yes, thighs should hurt a lot

yes, pain in the thighs means you are doing it correctly

No. Pain in the thighs means nothing, although you may strengthen a few muscles. May I suggest weight training. You are no master.

Is there supposed to be pain in the thighs ? I feel all my weight is on the outside muscles of the thighs ( i.e around 40% up from the knees this spot gets really hot and I feel like i'm exhausting these muscles)
