Yeah, you'll never have a bad meal in Italy. Even the foreign food there is fantastic. Some of the best Indian and Chinese food I've ever had has been in Italy too.
Congrats on moving to Europe, Mr. James! I just love Italian dishes but the only foods that I did not try our gnocchi and cannoli which is a sweet crunchy flaky pastry that fills with cream.

My cousin is a tour guide n recently she was in Italy on Tour. It started in Hawaii flew to Italy n started her tour they had a good time. Ate all the food n dessert. Hope you had a good time.
We as French would never prepare an authentic dish with truffle cream inside. If we call a dish "with truffles" it means it's a 100% real truffles inside, like scrambled eggs with truffles for example, which is a completely typical French dish.
I don’t really like this vinchenzo guy like I get being proud of his culture and cuisine but he’s kind of anal about anyone making something “Italian” and not following the strict guidelines of Italian food even when the video he’s judging isn’t supposed to be a faithful recipe.

Hey TJ, that char grill at the house was amazing. I loved the little tubes at the far side that held and protected the skewer tips.
