🙏 thank you for the kind words. Yeah 2022 was a tough year to say the least. One of the worst experiences we have ever dealt with, and will forever have to carry with us. We definitely had to fight to preserve our mental health, but we are currently in a much better place now. We believe 2023 is going to be a great year! We are ecstatic to know how many people we are helping with their cigar journey. Hopefully we can continue to help people in their journey. 😃 have a happy New Year friend and thank you once again.

I hear you man. I definitely am bias towards that profile for sure, but there are more than just Connecticut cigars in this video. 2023 end of the year list is going to be a lot more diverse than last year’s list. 😃
What’s up D Lov, Happy new years! I just subbed to the channel, I had a couple questions regarding the Cubans. I’d like to order some online, I’m hearing about “cigarone” & “cigars-of-cuba” both based out of Switzerland, they seem legit but some people say they’re big boxes come opened with the seal broken because it was being inspected.. no idea if that’s a normal procedure, does that happen to you when you order? And if you can share the site you order from, I know you definitely aren’t buying fakes! 😭👌🏼
What’s up bro! I can’t give you where to buy them from. I can tell you that some of the boxes are inspected before shipping but most online retailers give you an inspection option. You can ask them to ship with the seal closed. My opinion though, Cubans are too expensive and aren’t worth it. I have tons of them. Cubans are shipped young so most need to rest for over a year before smoking. Cubans have to be monitored way more than non Cubans and kept at lower humidity levels. Not to mention, Byron’s, Atabey, la palina Goldie’s, Martinique, etc… all smoke like cubans. I’m not joking when I say they are Cuban killers. Don’t waste your money. For the price Cubans are going for, you will be doing extra work for an inferior product.
Haha man, that might be a little intense bro. We just have way too much stuff. I also feel bad showing stuff like that. Some people have issues finding these cigars and for me to pull out 7 boxes of Andalusian bulls, 20 boxes of Goldies, etc… wouldn’t be cool. I will try to show humidor additions but I probably will never show the entire collection again. It just wouldn’t feel right to me.
Let me ask you bro, i been dry boxing my next smoke in a coffin and it’s been great. But i just want to try and understand what’s actually taking place a lil more, so is the reason the cigars flavor is more pronounced and not lost like in a cigar that was simply kept too dry for a longer period of time; because the water content dissipates quicker than the natural oils themselves? Also if it was you whom i had seen give the advice and instructions for purging the stick thanks soo much, that was really a golden tip. It’s really made a huge difference in my smokes bringing those flavors back in line 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 (edited for typo)
Dry boxing is for a short period of time and it’s done slowly over the course of a few days. You are bringing your cigar from let’s say 70/70 down to let’s say 62/70 under the cap. I don’t think testing humidity at the foot tells you much of anything. Under the cap is more representative of the entire cigar. Because you are lowering the humidity in the cigar slowly, you aren’t shocking your cigars. Thus maintaining the oils in the cigar. However, Long term storage at dryer conditions will cause you to lose oils over time, and will impact the cigar’s flavors negatively. A brief controlled removal of moisture cause the flavors to pop out more because they aren’t diluted with water. Purging cigars is something that you do before relighting a cigar. It’s blowing the old stale smoke out of the cigar. I don’t really speak about that too much, but I’m sure it helps some. My wife and I mostly stick to topics that greatly impact cigars, not resting cigars before smoking, not dry boxing cigars, and not aging cigars. All three will lead to cigars not performing consistently. I hope this helps. 😃
Non of them are limited. I made sure that everyone of the cigars on my list are able to be purchased currently buy everyone. I can’t disclose that information because it goes against policies. A simple google search should do the trick though.
There isn’t a single spot. You have to look and stay diligent in your search. Also, promoting stores are against the RU-vid guidelines. You will find them eventually.
