My experience "skiing" (being legitimately in fear for my life for being unable to turn) with frontside skis on sun crusted offpiste terrain puts me in awe of that super composed off piste run. Similar reaction to that full blast long turn run, skis chattering like crazy on the chop.
Must be hard to do those video choices! Well done. Now you were impressed by the only two swiss in your videos right?... And this in very soft snow and tough conditions. You might consider of giving the SwissDemoTeam another chance on hard snow, you wont regret it. We're happy to join =D
Do look up some of the Korean tech skiers like Sihyun Kim or Hayoung Kim on youtube. Bet you’ll find it interesting, and want to come compete in one of the competitions in Korea as well. Just recently discovered your ch and really enjoying it. Thx!
Muruyama-san’s skiing, is he first rotating at the knees, before rotating the hip? Biomechanically, that’s doable when the knees are bent. I think I see it, but I’m not sure.
