Thank you so much for sharing that amazing video about the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet! 🌱🍇🥑 It was truly eye-opening and inspiring. I feel so grateful to have learned about these superfoods and their incredible health benefits. I can't wait to incorporate more of them into my diet and share this valuable information with my friends and family. Thanks again for the fantastic recommendation! 🌟
This list of superfoods is spot on! I’ve noticed that combining these with a quality supplement like Morning Kick can help ensure you’re covering all your nutritional bases, especially on days when you might not get enough from food alone.
Great video, very well presented packed with lots of useful information and gets straight to the point. No waffling on. 7 minutes and 35 seconds well worth listening to bar any adverts
Valencia orange is basically the only Orange that have seeds in them so everything else the white man grow in a laboratory. So you are not getting the nurturing elements for your body. Now it was a fresh market I went to in Auburn/ Opelika that had oranges with seeds. 05-27-24@2:22pm
I have been taking foods containing such nutrients for several years and I have never been sick; therefore this diet must be good for all human beings.
i eat all this except the kale, i will have to put it on my future shopping list, i don't eat white potatoes but only sweet potato i got used to it like this… if i had to put three more i would say Banana and Peppers and apple for sure
Thank You very good video. Animal liver my goodness mom would make liver and onions. and I would pass thank goodness we were never forced to eat that. that was 50 years ago and I'm still gagging.
lol you forgot Spinach, one of best anti-cancer foods out there, 50% lower risk for getting colon cancer, plus its about the best vegetable to protect against aging eye diseases, and tastes better than Kale lol
These videos are good, but there’s a book called The Hidden Herbs by Anette Ray, and it shows you how to really activate the healing properties of natural herbs.
any animal food is waay more nutritious than any vegetable. you need to eat over 2kg of kale to get the same nutrients as 200 grams of beef. not to mention how painful it would be to eat 2kg of kale.
The thing about foods like kale is the amount of calories so for anyone trying to lose or maintain weight, it’ll work well considering the amount of nutrients per calorie
@@kutejikashi3158the reason people are fat is becuase of high insulin that makes the fat get stored in our body instead of being used for energy. if u wanna get to a good weight, then dont eat sugar and carbs. eat alot of meat and just eat whenever u are hungry. also dont use plant/seed oils. when ur insulin is low u can burn your fat. edit: starving yourself is NEVER good. if u eat good food then u barely have to think about what u eat.
I have wondered why recommended minerals such as Iron, Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc are not widely available in their purest simple powdered form and sold to the public in containers like those used for Salt, Pepper and Spices. It would be easy for users to take correct amounts of these minerals with their daily food. E.g. by adding them to toast spread with honey or your favourite spread. Or by sprinkling them onto a bowl of cereal or a plate of food. Recommended minerals are sold mostly in the form of tablets or capsules containing substantial amounts of Unwanted Chemicals : stuff that you neither want or need and which probably has unwanted effects. Typically they contain 1 Bulking agents such as Microcrystalline Cellulose and Calcium Phosphates 2 Capsule shell chemicals such as Hydroxyproply Methyl Cellulose. WHAT A FLAGRANT BLATANT SCAM !!!
If you eat a banana and seeds/nuts for breakfast, you'll feel a lot better. Just raw seeds and nuts, that's healthiest. Foods that come from plant sources, like fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts, have anti inflammatory and mood improving nutrients. You'll feel less pain, less anxiety/fear and less depression. Just go to your local grocery store and buy your favorite plant-based foods, they all help keep you well.
These videos are good but kinda vague. If you really want to make changes in your life, you need step-by-step instructions and a system. For me, The Hidden Herbs by Anette Ray did it best.
