Had testicular torsion when I was like 16. It was and still is, the worst pain I've ever felt.

As a guy, just hearing "testicular torsion" causes me physical pain

Almost had testicular torsion but was able to unwrap them that night. Brother had it and one of my best friends. They couldn't describe the pain.

I had testicular torsion a couple weeks ago and can say it was the most painful experience I have ever gone through. I nearly passed out in the bathroom before I crawled my way back upstairs to get my girlfriend to take me to the hospital.

Had a torsion in high school, the nurse thought it was just a kidney stone so she gave me no pain meds for almost 2 hours, eventually I got some morphine and was taken in for surgery. Needless to say it was an unpleasant experience.

How about climbing over a fence and losing your footing, and regaining your balance via balancing one ball on each side of the fence.

I had a pilonidal cyst removed in July 2016. While it wasn't the most painful thing I've experienced, the trip to the followup the morning after was. I was in so much pain I had to lay on my belly on the floor of our van, which was a bit awkward explaining to the folks checking IDs to get on base. And then exactly a year later. I got another one. At least it wasn't as painful as the first one.

As a female, I am glad this information is out here so I can educate myself!

Fun fact: it's rumored that testicular torsion is actually worse than childbirth. I don't like to do comparisons because think men and women's pain are equal but when I found that out I'm surprised.

Both of them twisted for me when I was 19. Little did I know Testicular Torsion was caused by a deformity of the testicles, present since birth. I thought it was normal for them to twist/feel tight every once in awhile, until one day the pain became so intense I had to go to the emergency room and have surgery to stitch them.

I had testicular torsion a few months ago, had to get emergency surgery. Stayed in bed for 3 weeks, was the most amount of pain I've ever had, it twisted 720 degrees like jeez, it hurt

I had one ball swell up to the size off a kiwi. I ended up in the emergency room because they thought my ball was twisted around. It was not, it was plugged and the doctor said my wife had to do a better job.

Speaking from experience testicular torsion is extremely painful. Followed by a painful recovery. I personally experienced swelling more then 3× normal size. And that's how I got the nickname twistacles

10:18 Believe me when I say this is among THE most painful conditions snyone can experience. I had the initial cyst lanced in A&E and it was the only time in my life I legitimately came off the table screaming for my mother. The surgery wasn't so bad but they had to keep the initial incision open to allow for drainage After almost two months, they removed the stitches and permitted it to heal. I had to wear "depends" diapers the entire time and could barely sit for any length of time. To this day, I cannot lay flat on the floor because the old incision site is irritated by such positioning.

As someone who has had a stage 1 and stage 2 urethra plasty or however you spell it. I can assure you it was some of the worst pain i had for almost 2 years. Thanks to the medical process taking forever to get me a surgery.

When I was in high school art class a guy on the other side of the table hit me in the nuts. The funny thing is I managed to keep a straight face and act like nothing happened but it was really painful. He sat there describing to me how it felt while I Denied it. 😂 I acted like everything was normal even though the pain went all the way into my abdomen and stomach. Too funny.

1:19 this actually happened to me once. my brother was at bat and sent a ball in my direction and hit me right in the nuts. I wore a cup every game since. luckily, I fully recovered, and I'm more fertile than ever.

Pilonoidal cysts are no joke-they are extremely painful. I am a nurse who has worked in the ER (where they are often diagnosed) and in PACU, where the patient recovers after having the cyst dealt with. Its not a pimple in an inconvenient spot: typically the surgery requires general anesthesia, and the patient comes out with a big bandage, and, depending on how deep the cyst went, packing in the wound.

Got it myself as well! Almost lost my left hand man. Emergency surgery to get blood back to him went well and still have the scar 11 Year's later

Varicocele: scrotal varicose veins. The veins get all thick and feels like a worm. Hurts to strain yourself lifting heavy things. Tearing sensation at where your belt would sit. Ladies, if you've ever had an ovarian cyst, it feels like this.
