It likely varies by bag and size; however, I have pieces in togo, clemence, and fjord. While togo and clemence are similar, clemence is heavier, has larger grains, and develops a sheen over time. Togo is lighter and (at least for me) has maintained a matte appearance. Fjord is very different and not really comparable to togo or clemence. Fjord is very heavy and maintains its shape very well because of this. It also tends to have very obvious veining, which I love. The appeal of fjord is that it is pretty waterproof or water-resistant. A true workhorse. :) Hope this helps.
Thank you so much for the comparisons! I reallt enjoy detailed videos like this on different leathers. I really like epsom but concerned about the paint scratches, I might go for the Chevre. I find the grains on Chevre lines rather attractive.
