Ingredients
🍰Dough:
1 egg
pinch of salt
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
140 g (5 oz) melted butter
300 g (2 heaping cups / 10.5 oz) flour
10 g (2 tsp) baking powder
Use 2/3 of the dough.
Spread evenly
Baking pan 26 cm / 10 inches
🍦Pudding cream:
2 egg yolks
80 g (5 tbsp / 2.8 oz) sugar
50 g (4 tsp / 1.7 oz) cornstarch
Lemon peel
500 ml (2 1/2 cups / 1 pint) milk
3 tbsp mascarpone
🍑 10 canned peach halves
Spread the rest of the dough (1/3) over the cake
Spread the egg whites over the dough
Almond flakes to decorate
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 30 minutes
