Die Struktur dieses Kuchens ähnelt einem Omelett. Daher müssen Sie es wie ein Omelett zubereiten. Das Eiweiß sehr gut steif schlagen, die Zutaten zügig untermischen und ebenfalls zügig in den sehr gut vorgeheizten Ofen stellen. Der Kuchen wird immer noch fallen, aber nicht mehr so stark.

The signs of nature is quite fascinating and apparently the scientists are keeping a close watch! I am sure it is all natural.
