Sooo, the eggs where put in a vinegar bath and then got coated with salt, you leave them in the salt coating for 10 days, crack them and that is what comes out of the eggs. I don't think you should eat them raw like that. But you can bake them for a short time and then eat them. Hope that helped understanding it. ❤
Yes, the vinegar partially dissolved the egg shell and makes it permeable to the salt. Salted egg yolk is very yummy and used in a lot of Asian cuisine.
