It's true, this deck is just looping the same stuff over and over again whereas when you're playing a combo deck that requires skill, especially when you're trying to play around handtraps you have to think before you play

I think Dkayed figuring out what to loop back in the deck and doing it quickly takes skill. But his real skill in every deck he plays is that he knows the cards inside and out and he always has a plan B and C ready to go. So I don't think players need more time; I think they need to figure out their plays faster. It's not fair to the turn 2 player to wait 10 minutes to attempt to play the game (but probably get negated 4 times and scoop).

@@cold-fire clearly by the video we can already see the turn 2 player waiting over 10 minutes and not getting to play... i play control decks like dark magician, traptrix, and a few others, and i can tell you i can easily run out of time because i have to think before i act. if i grab the wrong card for the specific scenario or don't play around a certain card, i just lose to 1 card. meanwhile the deck on screen here the reason it lasts longer than the timer is because the timer doesn't count down between plays, this is NOT "skill" anyone can do this, all he is doing is looping cards with the same combo each time, any player who just memorizes 1 line can easily do that, it works in any deck. i've done it with d/d/d, gone WELL past the timers 5 minutes, because its 1 combo chain that you have to memorize and thats it, there isn't any strategy to it... you just do a line and it works. now imagine if your line got ash blossomed and you had to think about which card to do next to make the best board... thats when the timer goes down.

if konami wanted to make it fair, they would make the timer go down even during summoning and card activation animations. that way players that play toxic strategies like this, literally have to follow the same rules as all of us who don't special summon about 100 times per duel.

@@njnj-re2mc wouldn't call that "hypocrites" there is nothing hypocritical about that, this is a degenerate stupid ass strategy that only exists because very specific broken cards are allowed to be unbanned (for instance fairytail snow as 1 example) where as the dark magician player is literally play the most balanced deck you can find except for those few dark magician players who are being degenerates themselves in the corner over there with skill drain.

Lightsworns can really play around that, specially if they are playing a twilightsworn like in this version or a thunder dragon dragon variant like I do, even tcboo, the only floodgates that can stop them is rivalry of the warlords and summon limit. Because my thunder dragon variant even defeated runick stun, I can send you the replay if you want.

@@siruno6024 if a person sets Macros and ends, the only outs are drawing into back row destruction or link into Phoenix. Did you watch the video?? He would’ve been screwed, the twilight sworn part of the deck only does so much. And even the extra deck helps it mill, making Trish is almost impossible, the perfect hand needs to happen but very low in a 60 card deck. Even 40.

@@siruno6024 Runick isn’t the same as every single card you play gets banished lol not 3 here and there even the cards you got in the field, if they leave they’re banished.

@@dlskye1309 i dont know i can agree with that. sure they have summoning and draw power through the roof, but their end board is not that good tbh. i think you have a fair chance to win even if you go second against those decks if you have a piece or two of the board breaker. tho my perspective might be skewed coz i play lava golems and kaijus deck so a few bosses monsters on the board never concern me.

just as dumb as people trying to play through an unbreakable board with no outs. Just scoop if you can't stop them at their choke points.

One of my favorite things to do with dangers is activate moth, opp chains ash, then I just moth again. The amount of insta scoops after that happens is very funny
