(mostly) Public Domain cartoons* out of context, part 04 

Another collection of mostly public domain and mostly cartoon segments taken out of context, including Popeye, Disney (the Mad Doctor) and others.
This collection includes the last scraps on my hard drive, so it's time to convert more vhs and start again. There's plenty to work with- I just picked up another 20 tapes- so I won't be running out of raw material any time soon.
For future volumes, I'll be checking and double checking the PD status of everything, since you can't always trust the back of the box. I'll also leave a list of credits in the description (I didn't keep track at first, but I will now). Requests are always welcome- if you know of any unusual public domain stuff, let me know!
