You know the drill. A random selection of VHS clips from assorted cartoons etc, arranged in a somewhat coherent order. Most should be in the public domain. (YT flagged one segment, which has been cut. Because of this, all of the time references are off by about 20 seconds). Please do your own research to ensure the public domain status before using for commercial purposes. Also, these clips mostly belong to a different era. What was acceptable then may not always be acceptable now.
Part 4 will be coming soon, but I plan to work on something different first.

That’s Public Domain releases for ya. Most of the companies responsible for these DVD and VHS compilations don’t care if the cartoons are in decent quality or not, they just want to make a quick buck without needing to worry about copyright laws.

The vhs tapes used poor quality prints, recorded in ep (slp) mode, and they're 25-30 years old. It takes a lot of effort to look this bad on purpose!

These public domain tapes often include the redrawn colorized version of black and white Looney Tunes shorts. These versions are not public domain, as their copyrights were renewed in 1994. Only the original black and white versions of those shorts are public domain, not the redrawn colorized versions.

Yup. Just so long as you don’t label your cartoon as an official “Looney Tunes” (which is still trademarked), you’re free to use him however you want.
