He really used every last bit of his energy for us... I have so much fucking respect for him. Easily the best frontman in rock/metal. Have fun Lemmy. Wherever you are right now.
Sad to watch...he's literally dying in the above video and yet still giving it his all. God knows how much pain he was in trying to hold it together. Incredible man...we shall not see his likes again.
+keefriff99 That is so true. He looks like a zombie trying to live. They should release older stuff (70s, 80s and 90s). Awesome music, and more important: Dignity for Lemmy. Such a legend deserves a lot more than the above video.
+camaraolla I think Lemmy would like this. He gave it all to stay a professional musician for as long he could stay alive - and this is the last live dvd he recorded as a professional musician, he did great, it's worth seeing.
R.I.P. Lemmy. Let's hope that this is the first of many posthumous Motörhead releases! ;D It's still hard to believe that we are facing a future without Motörhead...
Someone is willing to surrender before fight even started, very less will fight till the end. Lemmy was a fighter, we was on stage until he was able to speak. Unbelievable life force, such you'll see once in lifetime!!!
Lemmy loved his work , his music so much.. he fought through cancer and pain. The man always strived to give his best performance any time, every time. There can only be one LEMMY KILMISTER. RIP legend.
The world's a sadder place without Lemmy on it, but at the same time it's more interesting thanks to the years he spent here. R.I.P. (rebirth in progress).
This was my last Motörhead show. I'm almost in tears right now. I'm happy they made a DVD. Lemmy is a fucking legend and we'll never forget him and his incredible music.
+ACDC1998Zippo If you look at the the lyrics to some songs on Bad Magic, you see that he exactly felt and knew there wasn't much time left... Such a legend, rest in peace Lem :(
Ich war da...... Zum 16. Mal seit meiner Jugend. Er hats gerockt..... So gut es halt noch ging!!! Never forget Backstage with Lemmy many years ago...... RIP GRANDMASTER of Rock
Most normal humans probably couldn't even stand up in Lemmy's condition at this stage of his life let alone belt out this song. Were ever you are now, you are a Hero to us all Lem. Rest in peace.♠🤘🎸
When the human will is as strong as Lemmys was, then you can stay alive as long as you need to get shit done. A mere mortal would be laying in their deathbed comatose at this stage of his illness.
The thing is, no one forced him to do this. He went on stage and rocked as hard as he could because he loved it and he played, quite literally, to the day he died. Rest in power Lem.
so sad, can hardly hold back tears, till the end more music in the little finger than 95 % of the modern so called rock stars in the whole body. from my first Motörhead concert in the early 80ties till this last live gig Lemmy was and still is an iconic musician and rocker for me. so damned sad to watch him dying in stage...
Lemmy el más grande rockero, hasta sus últimos días tocando esas rolas que forman parte de mi vida, motorhead cambio mi forma de vida,su música alimento mis días de la mejor manera por 37 años hasta hoy.
Great stuff. Obviously he was in bad health and gave it all he had. I'm very inspired by this. Still freaking rocks too. 1/2 of Lemmy is still better than 100% of most. Long live rock 'n roll!
I'm going to buy the double live cd but not listen to it just put in my collection as a memory of lemmy, since lemmas gone so much crap around the world has happened
his is a great guy who was able to move his whole body but ended up terribly wrong if he didn't cough and listen to the doctors he could still be there and a few more songs he was singing
Oh Aah Ain't a hope in hell Nothing is gonna bring us down The way we fly Five miles off the ground Because we shoot to kill And you know we always will It's a bomber, it's a bomber Scream a thousand miles Hear the black death rising moan Firestorm coming closer Napalm to the bone Because you know we do it right A mission every night It's a bomber, it's a bomber No night fighter Gonna stop us getting through The sirens make you shiver You bet my aim is true Because you know we aim to please Bring you to your knees It's a bomber, it's a bomber, it's a bomber Yeah To lemmy rest in power.
Lemme not the best singer not the best frontman but you damn well better believe Motorhead is the best Pier real heavy rock band and they never sold out with trying to get radio play their average headlining attendance is probably around a Thousand to fifteen hundred people and their damn happy about that.
Let's be frank and honest- it looks like it's really hard for Lemmy not only to sing but even breath sometimes! Been to their show in Moscow in summer 2015 - well, sad impression. And in January 2016 I was told that he died... R.I.P. Ian Fraser Kilmister
Depressing knowing my only chance ever to see the band was two months earlier in September, but the show was cancelled because Lemmy got altitude sickness.
