Absolutely Incredible!!! The fact that he is performing difficult drumming on top of very difficult vocals and nailing it all is just stunning talent and ability. Blew me away. His voice is one of the best I have heard. Wow-zers!!!!
My dream will hopefully become a reality this June when Journey finally comes to Finland. Hearing this song live would be more than amazing. I will surely shed a tear or two after Dean starts singins and Neal joins on guitar.
Dean is a freaking beast. I wish I could sing half as good as him much less playing an instrument while doing it. Dean and Arnel have 2 of the best voices in the world.
She sits alone, an empty stare A mother's face she wears Where did she go wrong, The fight is gone Lord help this broken home Hey, mother, father, sister Hey, come back, tryin', believin'' Hey, mother, father, dreamer Don't you know that I'm alive for you I'm your seventh son And when lightning strikes the family Have faith, believe. With dreams he tried Lost his pride He drinks his life away One photograph in broken glass It should not end this way. Through bitter tears And wounded years, Those ties of blood were strong So much to say, Those yesterdays So now don't you turn away. Hey, mother, father, sister Hey, come back, tryin', believin' Hey, mother, father, dreamer Don't you know that I'm alive for you I'm your seventh son And when lightning strikes the family Have faith, believe. Don't you know that I'm alive for you I'm your seventh son And when lightning strikes the family Have faith, believe. Have faith, believe, believe.

All of them are supper talented.that is what makes JOURNEY different from all the rest.No wonder they are the greatest rock n roll band of all time. That is what makes JOURNEY NO 1..
Deen he has difficult job, he singing while drumming, wow. I crush on him😄 but you AP, what a energetic performance during of any concert that you have I've almost watching all your video, you are totally package. Stay safe idol.
What if Steve never did this song ? Could Deen or Arnel perform it as well? Journey lives off Steve Perry and this goes to show just how great Perry was and still is. IMHO
Deen cannot do the gruelling schedule by doing lead vocals, he can sing one or two songs and that’s it. That’s why the hired Arnel to do the front man job because Arnel can sing for hours without losing his voice.
Have you guys heard Steve sing this song. Look up Steve singing this song it will blow your mind I saw journey in concert here in my city back in the day I saw the song live Stunning visceral powerful No one can sing this song like Steve Perry
I’m not sure why you’re asking us to do this. Most people that are here commenting right now are Journey fans. Likely, most of us have heard this and have a reference point.
Your 100% wrong... Deen is singing every word, get off the meds... what you see is delayed not only because how music at a concert is done, but videography too. I am in a group where the girl that runs it is in direct contact with Deen. Journey DOES NOT use pre recorded vocals if you knew anything about live music well then you would get it... I have to laugh as I looked at your mark and his vocals are exact its delayed. So brush up on live concerts, ear pieces and how it works as you sound like an idiot pretending its recorded, but thanks for the laugh as its so funny, and if you cannot tell the difference between live and recorded well, then again your just an idiot.
Ask what he thinks about your statement. :) He is singing live. All live concert recordings that are released to the general public do minor amounts of “sweetening.” Instruments AND vocals. This happens in other places in this concert. Sound editing issue. Not Deen lip syncing. But you’ll find a nice story online about a couple who accused him of that.
