@MsJollycholly They didn't control Mothra, they were her High Priestesses, the prayer was kinda like a silent burgular alarm kinda thing that told Mothra they needed her help. technically Mtohra's a mnifestation of Nature and the Earth, hence why she has threatend humanity sometimes but generally only when we've deserved it like desecrating Godzilla's remains to buil Kiryu.

I thought it was the Masaru Sato ver.of Mothra's song Not the one composed by Yuji Koseki The music sounds like it hailed from India... Infant Island is located in Indonesia(in majority of her appearances)/in Ogasawara(Tokyo S.O.S.)
