I make a to do list. Checking off tasks feels sooo good 2 me. I make my bed EVERY morning. No blankets, just a top sheet & soft quilt makes it a breeze. I like your video. Your Oregon Viewer. 😊
I feel like 10 minutes is not even enough time for me to scratch the surface of any area of my house 😂 alone the kitchen counters take me a good 20 minutes on average plus the loading and unloading of dishes. Don’t know how i am always so slow and behind on everything 😂 but i do need to use this timer trick more 😅 might change things for the better
The slogging through sand feeling is very ADHD for me 😂 off meds I can’t get simple tasks done in a day. On meds I can power through entire rooms in 10 minutes 🥹😂
It's actually better to not make your bed in the morning It's advised to leave it for 30 minutes to an hour, better if it's in the sun, so the dust mites wouldn't survive ❤
Don't make your beds right away in the morning. Take off the bedding and hang it over a chair to let it and the mattress air out and maybe dry (if you woke up sweaty). Make the bed later.
Yes! I make my bed every day - it separates the night chi from the day chi - so energetically it sets you up to be more productive. Im always shocked at what I can get done in 10-15 minutes. Even 5 minutes. I work from home and try and take a 10-15 minute break every hour to get stuff done around the house.
